The thoroughly indoctrinated leftist street thugs may have no problem with openly applauding the murders, but far-left leaders have to maintain their reputations, and so even some of the most voluble foes of the Jewish state have been condemning antisemitism

How insane is today’s public discourse regarding Islam and jihad?

The news hit like a thunderbolt on Saturday, amid an avalanche of stories claiming that Trump is angry with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and is changing course from his previous wholehearted support of Israel’s defense against Hamas and the other jihadist entities that are determined to destroy it. As is so often the case in such matters, however, there was decidedly less to the story than there initially appeared to be.

Nihad Awad, the cofounder and longtime executive director of the Hamas-linked Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), has plenty of reasons to be happy. He notoriously said that the October 7 jihad massacre of 1,200 Israelis made him “happy,” and now it has been revealed that he has over seven million other reasons for a smile to break out on his taciturn, creepy face: that’s the amount of taxpayer funds his sinister organization has received, despite its links to one of the most evil groups on the planet.

These are the people whom Barack Obama and Old Joe Biden wanted for years to take power in Syria.

Gabbard has begun the road back to realism and honesty regarding where the real terror threat is coming from. The problem she faces is that the views of Biden, Garland and Wray have been spread for years within the intelligence community, not just during the Biden regime, but during the Obama years as well. If she doesn’t manage to root it out in its entirety, it will continue to do damage to law-abiding Americans.

In a video that circulated on X Tuesday, London Mayor Sadiq Khan did it again. He declared that “Islam is peace, love and tolerance. Islam celebrates diversity because diversity is our strength!” Coming just days before Hamas made its revolting display of bloodlust and hatred as it turned over the bodies that were supposed to be of four Israeli hostages it had murdered, but were actually only three of them plus an unidentified woman, this was particularly easy to dismiss.

The tragedy of it, however, is that some people still believe it, and this is no harmless fantasy: it is costing lives. One of them was in a coffin Hamas paraded around Thursday as Gaza’s “innocent civilians” cheered lustily at the sight of dead Jews.

This is a small bit of good news, which is unusual today shattered, staggering, dhimmi Britain, but it only represents small victory against the ongoing rush of madness. The fact that this battle even had to be fought is an indication of the terrible decline of modern Britain, and its imminent demise as a free society.

Gary Mond is a London-based human rights activist who is, among other things, the chairman of the National Jewish Assembly. The establishment media and all too many government and law enforcement officials continued to treat the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) as if it really were the neutral civil rights organization it claims to be, but it’s getting ever more difficult to sustain that façade. Too many CAIR officials keep letting the mask slip.

Aspects of the story suggest that this was not just an attack of Antifa terrorists targeting synagogues out of their burning hatred for Israel. On Saturday morning, a man went to the Beth Yaacov synagogue in the seaside French resort of La Grande-Motte, where he set two vehicles on fire. The fire spread to the doors of the synagogue and injured a police officer. Democrat vice presidential candidate Tim Walz is being skillfully marketed as an all-American average guy. That’s one thing he isn’t, and in reality, he is just about the diametric opposite of that. Most Americans are not even aware, and never will be, of how sinister he really is.

The news of the Biden regime’s latest stunning betrayal of the American people broke on Wednesday: the mastermind of the 9/11 jihad attacks that murdered nearly three thousand people and sent America into the spiral of decline and confusion that has brought us to the present situation, along with two of his henchmen, was given a sweetheart plea deal that would spare them the death penalty.

Trump would be hounded everywhere until he disavowed the group and returned its donation.

No one, however, is asking Harris about CAIR. That’s because Harris, CAIR and the media are all part of the same leftist establishment.

Who is responsible for the Paris Olympics’ anti-Christian orgy of wokeness? The most prosaic and immediately accurate answer is the French government, which has had years to prepare for these Olympics, and surely must have known in advance about all the drag queens, the mockery of the Last Supper, and the rest.

Old Joe Biden may be a poor debater, but at least he tells the truth, unlike Bad Orange Man. As improbable as it is, that’s the line the left has decided upon to explain away Biden’s appalling performance in last Thursday’s debate. But this excuse appears even more appalling in light of the fact that Biden lied his way through that debate.
