Erdogan says that Western civilization was “built on blood, tears, massacres, and exploitation,” but as The History of Jihad illustrates in abundance, that is actually true of Islamic civilization, which he terms “human-centered and divinely inspired.” In fact, for centuries, Europeans lived in constant fear of jihad warriors who had distinguished themselves for nothing more than their bloodlust. The existential threat that they posed to Europe was so well known that it was taken for granted everywhere.

Seattle’s KOMO News last Wednesday gave us another reason to thank our leftist bureaucrats and elected officials as it told a harrowing story: “Two Lacey parents are facing criminal charges, including assault, attempted murder and attempted kidnapping, after several bystanders had to step in to stop a father from strangling his daughter outside a school.”

One of the least-noted defining moments of the early twenty-first century came in the wake of the 9/11 jihad attacks, when President George W. Bush insisted that the Islamic world held the same values that the West held, and so if a few political adjustments were made, the problem of Islamic jihad terrorism would disappear, and the world would enter a new period of harmony and peace.

On Saturday morning, a man went to the Beth Yaacov synagogue in the seaside French resort of La Grande-Motte, where he set two vehicles on fire. The fire spread to the doors of the synagogue and injured a police officer. A French intelligence official stated: “The suspect is Arab with a Palestinian flag tied around his waist and a handgun on his belt.” Of course he was. As NBC News noted in mid-July, “the Palestinian flag has become a symbol of solidarity for the suffering of the Palestinian people in the Israel-Hamas war.” Yet the Palestinian flag, this ubiquitous symbol of “resistance,” is as inauthentic as the Palestinian people themselves.

Democrat vice presidential candidate Tim Walz is being skillfully marketed as an all-American average guy. That’s one thing he isn’t, and in reality, he is just about the diametric opposite of that. Most Americans are not even aware, and never will be, of how sinister he really is.

The news of the Biden regime’s latest stunning betrayal of the American people broke on Wednesday: the mastermind of the 9/11 jihad attacks that murdered nearly three thousand people and sent America into the spiral of decline and confusion that has brought us to the present situation, along with two of his henchmen, was given a sweetheart plea deal that would spare them the death penalty.

Trump would be hounded everywhere until he disavowed the group and returned its donation.

No one, however, is asking Harris about CAIR. That’s because Harris, CAIR and the media are all part of the same leftist establishment.

Who is responsible for the Paris Olympics’ anti-Christian orgy of wokeness? The most prosaic and immediately accurate answer is the French government, which has had years to prepare for these Olympics, and surely must have known in advance about all the drag queens, the mockery of the Last Supper, and the rest.

For the left, to be accused is to be convicted: if someone is charged with transgressing against one of the left’s dogmas, he or she must be destroyed. The charge doesn’t have to be proven. This is because the left’s objective is not, contrary to its arrogant claims, to bring about a society of justice and equity. The left’s objective is to terrify the populace into submission and, above all, to preserve and protect its own counterfactual narrative, which is the basis of its power. Those whose lives are destroyed in the process are just collateral damage. A case in point is the horrifying experience of a college student, Morgan Bettinger.

The pressure on the Biden regime over its ostensible but hollow (at best) support for Israel has been high for months. Sittarh Mazhar Khan, a Muslim woman in Kingwood, Texas, a section of Houston, “is accused of beating, choking, and burning her 14-year-old daughter in October of last year.” At a hearing on her case, an officer explained that “the defendant, upset the complainant did not wear her hijab at school, beat and choked the complainant, causing her to lose consciousness.”

Now the proxy war that the Islamic Republic of Iran has been fighting against the state of Israel is out in the open, as Iran rained rockets and drones upon Israel Saturday night. The attack had little effect, but as events unfold, however, one overarching fact remains paramount: none of this would be happening if it weren’t for Old Joe Biden’s determination to appease and enable the Islamic Republic of Iran.

This story is as horrific as many others like it, but generally they take place in Muslim-majority countries and receive little, of any, notice in the West. In this case, Mohamedamin Abdirisek Ibrahim cleansed his family’s honor not back home in Somalia, but in ostensibly civilized Sweden, and the news has traveled far and wide. But will anything be done to protect women in Sweden or anywhere else against this sort of thing? Come on, man!

This claim is not only absurd; it’s a classic case of projection. The American republic (it’s not a democracy, kids) is indeed in serious danger, but the danger is coming from those who are claiming that they are trying to save it from Trump.

Hamakom synagogue, a conservative congregation in Los Angeles, has just gotten a bracing introduction to the reality beneath the surface of efforts at “outreach” and “dialogue”: it leased its facility to a local Muslim group, only to have it host a viciously anti-Israel speaker who has refused to condemn Hamas and likened the Jewish state to National Socialist Germany. Yeah, tensions are really eased now.

Every aspect of this story is bad, and each horrifying aspect is competing with the others for which can have the most negative consequences for the American people. After Jews suffered attacks in Chicago, the Biden regime reached out not to Jewish leaders, but to Muslim groups, including open supporters of Hamas. The Muslims, however, enraged at the regime’s continued (albeit hollow) support for Israel, refused to show.

A calculated insult to a Jewish man with whom Biden has been publicly at odds. To put into perspective how odd this is, imagine if Trump had told Netanyahu that they had to have a “come to Jesus meeting,” or made the sign of the cross while sitting right next to him.

Note also that Biden didn’t make the sign of the cross when he met with his friend Mahmoud Abbas, or tell him that they had to have a “come to Jesus meeting.” What’s more, Biden has made the sign of the cross more than once in the context of denouncing his enemies.

Will Europe embrace and defend the freedom of expression or blasphemy laws? And once Europe makes its choice, what will the United States of America do in turn about the same issue? The Paper of Record shows no sign of firing Masoud or returning the George Polk award he won, but the Jerusalem Post had the story on Thursday, noting that the media watchdog Honest Reporting had “highlighted his accreditation to a photo provided to the Associated Press, with the caption, ‘Palestinians wave their national flag and celebrate by a destroyed Israeli tank at the Gaza Strip fence east of Khan Younis southern Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023.’

No sooner had Martin Griffiths, the UN’s Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, declared that Hamas was not a terrorist group than it came it light that at least 30 UNRWA employees actively participated in Hamas’ Oct. 7 jihad massacre of 1,200 Israelis. So now we see: of course Hamas isn’t a terror group. It’s a UN agency.

After he went down in flames in Thursday evening’s ill-advised and unscheduled press conference, the whole world knows (if it didn’t know already) that Old Joe Biden is not fit to be president of the United States. But like the Japanese soldier Hiroo Onoda, who refused to believe that World War II was over and held out for nearly third years in the Philippines jungle, there is one holdout who still insists that Biden is fit, competent, and ready to wreak more havoc upon the nation until Jan. 20, 2029: Rachel Maddow.

The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) is one of the most corrupt, sinister, and dishonest organizations of any kind operating anywhere in the world today, and finally the West appears to be waking to that:

Agence France-Presse (AFP), founded in 1835, is the world’s oldest news agency, which means that there was a time when it was not simply a propaganda arm for the far-left and its allies. But as is the case with other once-respected news outlets all over the West, the days of AFP’s independence and objectivity are long past. A recent AFP story about vigilante punishment of a “blasphemer” in Norway demonstrates that.

Saroya is a Sharia-observant, hijab-wearing Muslim. Saroya said that CAIR had an “unfortunate record of sanctioning and indulging serious allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination within its organization, retaliating against women who raise these issues and engaging in profoundly dishonest conduct vis a vis the public, the Muslim-American Community and even its own Board.” She added: “CAIR’s defamatory statements about me were intended to intimidate not just me but others like me.”

Nuts. This “lasting solution” has been offered to the Palestinians numerous times, and they have always rejected it. Not only has it never worked, but it never will work, as it fails to take note of one of the most important elements of the conflict.
