Apparently, there is not enough censorship on social media for these craven coward corporations. Cowardly corporations are digging their own graves (and ours.)

Part of me is enjoying starving these social media channels. The worm turns on those who blocked and banned us but this whole cancel environment is ruinous and Orwellian. It’s Mao and Stalin.

This is terrible news. What a loss. Voice of Europe was the preeminent website of news from Europe that the enemedia censors and scrubs. Their demise bodes most ill for all us. We can’t work for nothing. These sites are expensive to run and sustain and we are being systematically silenced.

Withdraw government immunity. Section 230 provides immunity from lawsuits to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, thereby permitting these social media giants to engage in government-sanctioned censorship and discriminatory business practices free from legal challenge.

The GOP has ignored this for too long. Social media is the last frontier, the only place we can share ideas and we are being shadowboxed, suspended, censored and scrubbed.

Who watches the watchman? Social media giants are out of control.

The groovy t-shirt-turtleneck vibe may keep the great unwashed under their spell, but it’s the shared political ideology with the left that keeps these corporate managers free from accountability.

Google must be broken up. They own YouTube. We are under siege by big tech authoritarians. The idea of limiting media monopolies is not new. “Beginning in 1975, FCC rules banned cross-ownership by a single entity of a daily newspaper and television or radio broadcast station operating in the same market.” The ruling was put in place to limit media concentration in TV and radio markets, because they use public airwaves. The technology changed but the objective is the same. The FCC designed rules to make sure that there is a diversity of voices and opinions on the airwaves. That diversity no longer exists.

Break up Google.

Barr is taking on the social media giants using the legal argument in our 2016 lawsuit challenging section 230 of the FEC code granting 1st amendment immunity to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

We are seeing an unprecedented erosion in our First Amendment rights, increasingly prohibiting the flow of ideas and free expression in the public square (social media). Run by left-wing self-possessed snowflakes, social media giants are indulging their worst autocratic impulses.

Google brought this on themselves. So totalitarian are they in suppressing our First Amendment rights and freedoms, it will take the government to restore our freedoms. I hope these protections will extend beyond Google, to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Adsense, etc.
