For years tech giants have been crushing our first amendment rights. Lawsuits, exposes etc have done nothing to stop them. It’s time.

Big-tech firms are now a threat to democracy and our very way of life. They are managed by Left-wing totalitarians who are using their immense power to suppress freedom of speech, freedom of thought, and are now engaging in massive voter suppression.

If the mainstream was interested in preserving democracy (which they are certainly not) they would be investigating how big-tech firms such as Google, Facebook, and Twitter are destroying our freedoms. President Trump must take immediate action. Anti-Trust legislation is urgently needed.
We have been banned, blacklisted and terminated for years –-I filed suit in 2016 — challenging Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) under the First Amendment. “Section 230 provides immunity from lawsuits to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, thereby permitting these social media giants to engage in government-sanctioned censorship and discriminatory business practices free from legal challenge.”
For years I have documented the outrageous bias of Facebook’s speech policies. Notoriously one-sided, those who oppose jihad terror, support Israel and stand against the most brutal and extreme ideology on the face of the earth (sharia) have been systematically blocked and banned.
White House Prepares Executive Action on Big Tech Bias

The White House is preparing executive action to tackle big tech bias against conservatives and non-progressives, according to a report by Politico.
President Donald Trump has focused increased attention on the issue of Silicon Valley bias and discrimination in recent months, as numerous leaks and testimony from big tech insiders has shone a light on anti-conservative sentiment in the tech industry.
The White House is circulating drafts of a proposed executive order that would address allegations of anti-conservative bias by social media companies, according to a White House official and two other people familiar with the matter — a month after President Donald Trump pledged to explore “all regulatory and legislative solutions” on the issue.
None of the three would describe the contents of the order, which one person cautioned has already taken many different forms and remains in flux. But its existence, and the deliberations surrounding it, are evidence that the administration is taking a serious look at wielding the federal government’s power against Silicon Valley.
“If the internet is going to be presented as this egalitarian platform and most of Twitter is liberal cesspools of venom, then at least the president wants some fairness in the system,” the White House official said. “But look, we also think that social media plays a vital role. They have a vital role and an increasing responsibility to the culture that has helped make them so profitable and so prominent.”
The news comes just days after President Trump blasted Google CEO Sundar Pichai for his alleged false promises of political neutrality.
Recent leaks have exposed Silicon Valley’s bias against conservatives. Breitbart News has exposed widespread search manipulation by Google and YouTube, including deliberate manipulation of search results for political topics like “abortion” and “Federal Reserve” at the behest of left-wing journalists. Breitbart News also published leaked video footage of Google executives expressing dismay at the election of President Trump, and promising to make his populist movement a “blip” or “hiccup” in history.
Other tech companies have also been exposed — Facebook has put political figures on a list of potential “hate agents” for censorship, while Twitter employees have been caught by Project Veritas admitting to censorship of accounts that express an interest in “God, guns and America.”

No company, or executive should have immunity from prosecution as that paves way for corruption as we see today, as it also seems to override treason.
These executives should be facing the same crimes as the Clintons, Soros and many others.

I’m not sure what crimes you are talking about. And I don’t know that Google (Alphabet), Facebook & Twitter have done anything that I would not find perfectly acceptable on the part of Nation magazine or NYT. However, perhaps, as virtual owners of the public square, they should held to a different standard. There is a place for advocacy journalism- where would this site be without one?- and there is a place for a level playing field.
Unfortunately, I don’t trust government to implement a “level playing field”. It is quite a conundrum.

I think you are conflating totally different things. The EU fine for anti-trust violations over bundling Chrome into the Android OS is a wholly different animal from the kind of wholesale theft in the name of public service that the Clintons have engaged in.
Personally, I think if Google wants to buncle its search engine & Chrome apps into its operating system, in and of itself, it’s none of the EU’s dam business. In general, I am very leery of antitrust laws- they are the first refuge of an uncompetitive player. I’m particuarly suspicious of the EU’s application of their draconian antitrust laws being applied to American tech companies. What is and is not included in an OS is not what bothers me about Google, and I suspect the same holds true for Pamela.
In other words, your citing the EU’s fine over Android leaves me completely unmoved.

You may be”unmoved,” but this is just further evidence of Google doing evil and a commitment to crimes against their users. It is a pattern of deceit that can be used to build a case against a defendant.

While I agree with all you are saying, it is falling on deaf ears. I am still waiting on someone being responsible for the Steele Dossier, a faux document based on rhetoric and wishful thinking. I am still waiting on Hillary to be arrested for using personal servers for Federal use AND for selling nuclear material to the Russians. I am still waiting on Comey to be arrested………..and on and on it goes. THE DOJ seems to be looking the other way OR they are being paid to look the other way. And Trump, well, I am not sure on what HE IS DOING. And while I think Trump is doing the best he can while being surrounded by idiots, he can still do more than just talking the talk.
We need a SEAL TEAM to remove these liberal blights from society.

Thank God! Finally the moment we’ve been waiting for and very well said Pam, you’ve been fighting the fight that many of us couldn’t. I wish you and Spencer (also Brigitte Gabriel) were in Trump’s administration, so much good could be done for the US if you were there.
Hopefully this will lead to abolishing the immunity from lawsuits that social media giants enjoy. I also hope Trump enforces true freedom of speech and restores all the accounts and articles that were unfairly censored or banned.
Twitter is probably the biggest culprit as they’ve been enforcing Sharia law ever since the Saudis took part ownership in the company. Any voices that merely joked about Islam, let alone spoke the truth were eventually permanently banned (including myself).
It’d be amazing to see these Leftist tyrants get what they deserve. We definitely need oversight and regulation on Google, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and other sites. Hopefully this will happen. I’d like to see these neo-fascists get fired and jailed for what they’ve done to those of us on the center-right.
Think of how they destroyed poor Laura Loomer’s life when her only “crime” was journalism and to expose fascists like Tliab and Omar for their anti-American, anti-Jewish hate. They deplatformed her and then she was banned from Patreon and other sources of income. It was similar to the persecution that Tommy Robinson experience (but he had it even worse).
What I’m also hoping will happen is that it’ll create a firestorm with the media giants fighting back against Trump. Then he’ll really be able to turn the screws on them.

Google is engaged in espionage and the illegal transfer of advanced artificial intelligence technology to the Chicoms with whom they have established formal and informal joint ventures. In return, Google is advancing the interests both political and economic of the Chicoms. Trump must order the seizure of all Google assets, the arrest of the executives involved on capital espionage charges,and the appointment of a Trump approved trustee to oversee the company. Methinks this will bring about a quick end to their censorship of the news and conservative political views.
