“We have the power and the strength, we’re gonna start forcing people to become Muslims.”

The classical doctrine is that non-Muslims under Islamic conditions are offered three alternatives: conversion to Islam, death or captivity (“the sword”), or accepting a submission pact known as the dhimma. (more here).

• Current Roles: He is a prominent Islamic scholar and public speaker who regularly travels for lecture series. He frequently serves as a guest lecturer and resident scholar for organizations like the Muslim Center of El Paso & Casa Bella (MCECC) in Texas.
• Connection to Florida: In mid-October 2026, he visited Florida as a guest speaker for a weekend lecture series titled “Faith That Moves Us,” hosted by the Islamic Society of Pinellas County (ISPC) in Largo, Florida. The viral clip circulating on social media was recorded during this recent event.
