Religious leaders in Uzbekistan have condemned St. Valentine’s Day as a harmful holiday that contradicts both Islam and local traditions.

Muslim Student Action Union (Kammi) urged Indonesian Muslims to avoid celebrating Valentine’s Day.

“Valentine’s Day should be strictly rejected and [not] celebrated by young people by committing immoral deeds….” Jabar Zurniawati, the head of Kammi’s women’s empowerment division, said on the sidelines of the rally, as quoted by news portal Detik.com.

Like every other library in America, Boston University library books are shelved according to the Dewey Decimal System, not by title or “importance.” Muslim students told administrators that they were offended because the Koran wasn’t given a place of honor on a top shelf, as dictated by Islamic law and custom. Library staff were then ordered to shift entire sections of books in the stacks so that the Koran could be “honored” appropriately.

This corrects a grave injustice. But it won’t be over until they clear his name.
On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative, while serving in Iraq. During an interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the jihadist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder. Unconscionable.

Seattle Transit refused to run the FBI’s Global Terrorism ad, so AFDI submitted it, and was refused. Of all the free speech legal battles I am embroiled in, this one is the most absurd. And the most fun, because it is so ridiculous on its face, but it illustrates the crippling submission and capitulation of government authorities to Islamic supremacist demands.

California Muslima Shaima Alawadi was honor killed by her husband. Kassim Alhimidi has been charged with the beating death of his long suffering wife. The Chicago Monitor, which is a front site for CAIR in Chicago, featured an article claiming that “Shaima Alawadi was beat to death inside her home and left next to a note that read, ‘This is my country. Go back to yours, terrorist.’ She was a 32-year-old mother of five who had left her country, Iraq, with her family following the Shiite uprisings, in hopes of finding peace in El Cajon, CA. These two now-lifeless Americans represent the true victims of America’s inherent racism and prejudice.”

Another requirement of Bazian’s class, entitled De-Constructing Islamophobia and History of Otherness, is for students to get reactions from “people of color” on ads critical of radical Islam placed by Pamela Geller, author of the blog Atlas Shrugs.

Geller said she believes Bazian is indoctrinating students.

“The very idea that he is surveying ‘people of color’ about my ads is ridiculous and offensive. Jihad terrorism is not a race. The Islamic oppression of women, gays, and non-Muslims is not a race. What has Hatem Bazian ever said or done in defense of the non-Muslim ‘people of color’ who are victimized by Islamic jihadists in Nigeria, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan and elsewhere?” Geller said in an email to the Free Beacon.

The US charge d’affaires in Khartoum Joseph D Stafford has informed the Sudanese government that he has resigned from his post after converting to Islam. Apparently an Islamic nation and a free nation are not compatible.

Oh, happy day. Abe Foxman is resigning after more than 50 years at the increasingly damaging ADL. I thought that Foxman was going to go out feet first. And in a way, he is. Lord knows the man is brain dead.

He took a once vital organization and turned it hard left going after fierce proud Jews like me. Foxman’s ADL freely criticized Israel and Joan Rivers (I kid you not), but walked on eggshells with anti-semitic Muslim groups.

Of course, his successor could be worse, but let’s not think about that now. Foxman is gone; perhaps the ADL will finally recognize the Armenian Genocide.

A student enrolled at the University of California at Berkeley, who along with 100 kids in his class is being forced to tweet on “Islamophobia” as a requirement in a course on that subject called “De-Constructing Islamophobia and the History of Otherness.” This “course” is taught by a notorious anti-Semitic, terror-supporting professor, Hatem Bazian.It’s not islamophobia, it’s islamorealism.

What, pray tell, is the difference between “savages” and “those engaged in savage acts”? That is the question to which only the MBTA knows the answer. And I am not so sure that they even they know …. We have just filed a follow-up lawsuit in continuing legal fight against the MBTA for its arbitrary and absurd violation of out First Amendment freedoms.

Tonight’s Saturday Night Cinema feature is an MGM musical, albeit an unusual one, directed by the great George Cukor, and starring Gene Kelly and Cole Porter music. I love an MGM musical and Cukor, Cole and Kelly… need I say more? Les Girls is the Rashomon of MGM musicals. “For its cast of exquisite performers, under George Cukor’s fine directorial hand, makes feminine ferocity about as charming as anyone could possibly want it to be.”

The Nazi-like march of Islamic supremacists into influential positions of power in media, politics and academia hit a new low this week. Tarek Fatah received a panicked message from a student enrolled at the University of California Berkeley.

He wrote: “I’ve been told by one of my professors I will be required, as part of my grade, to start a Twitter account and tweet weekly on Islamophobia. I can’t help but feel this is unethical. This is his agenda not mine.”

The professor conducting this exercise was Hatem Bazian as part of a course titled, “Asian American Studies 132AC: Islamophobia”.

Joe Daniels, President and CEO of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum, has announced a $24 mandatory admission fee for the 9/11 Memorial.

It’s a museum, not a movie. It’s a memorial, not a theme park.

Salaries at the “non-profit” 9/11 Memorial and Museum are obscene. This allegedly non-profit organization is supposed to be a tribute to 9/11 victims. “It was built to tell the story of 9/11 to future generations about the worst day in American history. It was never intended to be a revenue-generating tourist attraction with a prohibitive budget and entrance fee.”

A Saudi cleric has proposed this solution to molestation of young girls: they should be required to wear burqas. Mind you, here is no attempt or criticism of a man being sexually attracted to a baby or young girl. And that is because Muhammad, the “prefect model,” married his favorite wife, Aisha, when she was of the tender age of six.

Sheik Abdulla Daoud suggested that covering the babies in burqas would keep them from being raped.

Thirteen years after 911, Mayor Bill de Blasio, nee Warren Wilhelm, caved to Islamic supremacist demands and added Muslim holidays to the school calender. The only Muslim holiday that should have been added was September 11th.

The city is far too diverse for schools to observe every holiday. NYC has a huge Hindu population. Why weren’t the Hindu holidays added?

This is a bit of chuckle. I am laughing ….with blood. The Washington Post is whitewashing the blasphemy laws under the sharia (Islamic law) in accordance with the blasphemy laws under the sharia. lol

The Washington Post self-enforces the sharia in all of its reportage and analysis. They will not cover the motive and ideology behind the global jihad. The latest multi-culti, non-gender specific “innovations” at the country’s top universities are “gender-neutral facilities.” Sounds innocent enough, right? Wrong. These gender-neutral facilities are being installed in universities across America. Not small marginal colleges, but major institutions such as NYU. These bathrooms are for both girls and boys. What it means, and what most parents who send their kids to these cesspools for $70,000 a year don’t know, is that these non-gender specific bathrooms have stalls and urinals. Urinals.

WOOLWICH killer Michael Adebowale tried to gouge out a doctor’s eye with his own pen.

The 22-year-old, who butchered Fusilier Lee Rigby, flipped during a hospital visit.

He lunged at a consultant at the Royal London Hospital after being asked to sign a patient consent form.

The doctor handed him his own silver pen despite being warned Adebowale could use it as a weapon.

Since I wrote my book Stop the Islamization of America and established the Stop Islamization of America initiative of my organization, the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), we have seen increasing accommodation and submission to Islam in the United States. 2013 was a particularly good year for Islamic supremacists, who are working furiously in this country to impose Sharia (Islamic law) — and in particular, the blasphemy laws under the Sharia.

Tonight’s Saturday Night Cinema is the comedy classic, My Man Godfrey. Carole Lombard is illuminant and funny and wonderful. One of the landmark “screwball” comedies of the 1930s, My Man Godfrey offers the radiant Carole Lombard in her definitive performance as flighty young heiress Irene Bullock. It’s a screwball masterpiece, a “silvery romp.”

Our pro-freedom ads went up in Tampa this week. The honor killing ad features heart-rending photos of girls who have been murdered in honor killings, and offers help to girls who are threatened. It is part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness and bring a stop to the phenomenon of honor killing. These girls have rights, too, they’re human beings, and yet they’re completely forgotten in our politically correct culture. We’re standing for the human rights of these girls.

Female genital mutilation (FGM) or clitoridectomy is an Islamic tradition, rampant in the Muslim world. Over 96% of the women in Egypt have been clitoridectomized. Back in 2008, devout members of the Egyptian parliament made female genital mutilation (circumcision) legal again in Egypt.

We see an increase in the misogynistic horror in Western countries with Muslim immigration. Imams state emphatically that it is an Islamic right. And a Texas Imam, Main Al-Qudah, has issued a call to action to support clitoridectomies.

Hamas-CAIR has filed a lawsuit against the Canadian Prime Minister Harper government after being rebuked by the PM’s office. Hamas-CAIR had demanded the ouster of an esteemed Rabbi from the Prime Minister’s delegation to Israel.

CAIR-Canada is suing the good Prime Minister.

Another day in the Atlasphere, another freedom of speech lawsuit. I submitted the following ad to Seattle Transit in December in response another libel against Israel. I was refused. Again. I created this “Right to Live” ad in response to a recent campaign by the relentlessly antisemitic Seattle Mideast Awareness Campaign (SeaMAC). They launched another vicious Goebbels-style blood libel against the Jews in Seattle (below).

It’s appalling that Kay demeans Harper’s pro-Israel stand. Opposing jihad is unpopular among elites; Jew-bashing is the cause du jour. Following the wolf pack are lemmings like Kay, selling out his people to stay relevant. Why do we never hear politicians being criticized in these same pages for being too pro-Islam? Too pro-Sharia? Perhaps because despite the fact that they have no spine, they want to keep their heads…and their paychecks, of course.

The FBI was running a terrorism awareness campaign, featuring bus ads depicting photos of sixteen of the world’s Most Wanted Terrorists. But then the Leftists and Islamic supremacists complained that the ads were “Islamophobic” and “offensive to Muslims,” and they came down – and unbelievably, Seattle is refusing to allow my group, the American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI), to put them back up.

The location of the first International Symposium on Liberty and Islam in Australia will not be disclosed after violent protests were staged when Mr Wilders appeared in Melbourne last year.

Organisers say only that venues will be in the inner city, with a visit to a pub and a cocktail reception at a waterside location on the agenda.

Speakers include SION leaders Pamela Geller and Robert Spencer from the US.

They were barred from entering Britain last year to speak at an English Defence League rally because their presence was deemed to “not be conducive to the public good”.

Ms Geller and Mr Spencer are critics of Islam and staunch supporters of Israel.

In a blurb, the Q Society said that Islam was spreading fast and “no other religious ideology spawns discrimination, division and violence on such a global scale”.

Tonight’s Saturday Night Cinema feature is Life at the Top. If you missed Room at the Top, I ran it back in June 2012 here. It is essential viewing. Life at the Top is a belated sequel to Room at the Top. John Blaine’s “angry young man” British novel was made into a film in 1959. Life at the Top is not as good as Room, but there are very good moments, and I am a big Laurence Harvey fan. And Harvey is back as Joe Lampton, the man-on-the-rise who in Room had given up true love in favor of a career-boosting (and antiseptic) marriage to his boss’ daughter.

Two New Jersey churches have been targeted in vicious anti-Christian attacks, mirroring the same attacks and religious statute decapitations in Muslim countries.

This is to be expected, considering the unbridled hate of Christianity in the Muslim world, coupled with the sanctioned scorn of the left (see Sarah Silverman’s latest mockery of Jesus). The Christianophobes hacked off the head of a statue of the Virgin Mary. In addition, the vandals also chopped a statue of Joseph in half at two churches in New Jersey.

Al-Qaeda affiliated “rebels” are reported to have beheaded ten men and mounted their heads on spikes in a bloody day of fighting which saw them take control of the northern border town of Jarabulus. And to think Obama wanted strike militarily on behalf of this *cough* “junior Varsity” team, but no one else would agree to something so treacherous. You can’t lead from behind when there’s no one in front of you.

We have long known that this would be a long, tough legal fight. We don’t expect to see justice until we appeal to the very highest court. The lower courts, where our cases are heard early in our court battle, are low on the totem pole and very politically driven. Once we get out of the sewer of those who are bowing to thugs, real justice will be served. It’s not just our battle; we are mere proxies. It is the fight for freedom for all, equality of rights before the law. And the law (at least not yet) is not the boot of sharia.

In the now infamous New Yorker interview, President Barack Obama is claiming that widespread Muslim hatred of Jews is only decades old.. His deception implies a justification of the Jew hatred – Israel.

Why is it at every anti-Israel, anti-zionist rally held by Muslims whether its in NY, Paris, London, Jerusalem or Tehran, the same chant is repeated the world over, “Khaybar Khaybar ya yahud, Jaish …..” “Jews! Remember Khybar! [When Muhammad exterminated an entire tribe of Jews.] Remember! the armies of Muahmmad are coming!”

How does Obama explain Khybar or the Supreme Leader of the Muslim world aligned with Hitler: Mufti of Jerusalem: Islam’s Role in the Holocaust…

In a historic speech to the Knesset, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper provided his clearest rationale yet for his decision to be Israel’s strongest friend on the global stage and went so far as to argue that criticism of the state of Israel amounts anti-Semitism.

Not long after I published my recent article, “The Islamization of America in 2013,” I received this extraordinary letter from a parent, detailing just how far the Islamization of at least some of our public schools has advanced: ” I live in a very, very conservative area of my state. While my state is very liberal these days, there are little pockets of red. My daughter attends a brand new charter school in a highly rated conservative school district….”

More dhimmitude at Christian universities. Why a Muslim prayer room at a Christian college? Why aren’t Christian institutions demanding accountability and action from Muslim groups concerning the epidemic slaughter and persecution of Christians in Muslim countries?
