Refusal to comply could mean investigations from the attorney general’s office, subpoenas, and daily fines of $1,000 per violation.

This censorship operation constitutes election interference at the highest level.

This is the definition of fascism – a merger of state and corporate power.

The left is wielding their absolute power like a club.The left’s suppression and censorship of those who oppose authoritarianism and one party rule goes against every precept of our first amendment.

Back in  2016, I filed the first federal lawsuit challenging Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (CDA) under the First Amendment. It was dismissed for “lack of standing.” Absurd. And the big giant giants have managed to stay one step ahead, dancing around their gross violations against our fundamental freedoms. Until now.

“This is the destruction of American liberty right before our eyes,” conservative activist Pamela Geller wrote in an email. She called it “more than just campaign rhetoric … This is a fascist regime aiming to criminalize political dissent.”

Freeing the public square is essential. Freedom of speech is the foundation of a free society. Without it, a tyrant can wreak havoc unopposed, while his opponents are silenced.

This is getting good. That totalitarian elf should be behind bars.

The DHS sought to partner with tech firms to censor content – not foreign actors (as they falsely contended) but Americans.

Did they die for the forcible silencing of legitimate, non-violent, lawful political dissent? Did they die so that these privileged elites could decide who gets to speak and who gets a platform to be heard, and who does not?

Absurd and absurder. It would be funny, if it weren’t so lethal.

Leftists are vile. How did America succumb to these devils?

The antidote to bad speech is MORE speech. Not bans on speech, protests or books. This is a complete capitulation to violent intimidation. Rewarding terror.

As soon as the left-wing media’s monopoly on information is threatened, leftwing lapdogs call for dictatorial measures. The Democrats and their ministry of propaganda fear the free exchange of ideas – like Dracula fears the cross. 

The chief of America’s new Thought Police, Disinformation Governance Board executive director Nina Jankowicz, is really excited about taking up her new duties. In fact, this is her dream job.

Americans are desperate to get their country back.

This is straight out of Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugs where the government annuls the rights of American citizens, and freedom is steadily eroded. Ellsworth Toohey on steroids. it goes against every precept of our first amendment.

The left cannot permit the free exchange of ideas because their failed ideas cannot stand up to scrutiny and challenge. Does it need pointing out that the Democrats are imposing this only after Elon Musk bought Twitter in the defense of free speech?

Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s surprise $43 billion offer for Twitter kicked off an hysterical week for the social media giant and its investors, which closed with Friday’s ‘poison pill’ via Twitter’s board to stop Musk in his tracks.

In a deeper sense, Musk ha already won. The unhinged reaction and the media hysteria, just because a free speech advocate bought a stake in the company, is deeply revealing.

Twitter is the public square. It’s censorship and misinformation distribution is a threat to our country.

Elon Musk is now Twitter’s largest shareholder.

Maybe Musk can make it free again. Maybe I can get my account back.

Elon Musk is the great American hope.

Pray for Elon. He is a singular, rational voice.

Twitter has partnered with the government to impose totalitarian restrictions on our first amendment rights. My Twitter account, along with my 225K followers, was deleted. Many of my free speech colleagues have been eliminated. America is not America.

Twitter Bans The Babylon Bee: For those not clued in, the Babylon Bee is a satirical and might I add, hysterical account, sort of like the Onion but funnier, that leans right. And therein lies the rub – it leans right. The Democrat Stasi are shutting down everyone and everything. Needles to say, Twitter deleted me and my quarter of a million followers some time ago. Maybe now, people might understand why I fought so hard for the right to publish the Muhammad cartoons. Once you sanction censorship, you open the door to fascism and totalitarianism – exactly what we see going down in this once great nation
