For many years I wanted to sue various news outlets for their lies, defamation and liable etc etc. I was repeatedly rebuffed by my legal team – no one would take the case. I was told in no uncertain terms that the first amendment is absolute and final when it comes to public figures (as opposed to private individuals). So what suddenly changed?

And why did FOX settle with Dominion? They are going to pay for settling with Dominion – in spades and I’m not just talking Tucker.
