Still no explanation that fits the facts other than this: the FBI knew the jihadis were going to strike our event, and did nothing to stop them. In fact, its agent encouraged them.

Seriously?

This undercover agent’s story defies belief.

The USA / FBI owes explanations to many victims of the first ISIS-credited terrorist attack in the United States.

We, the taxpayers, have a right to know details of our government’s submission to jihad via political correctness.

An Arizona man convicted of helping plot a 2015 attack on a Prophet Muhammad cartoon contest in suburban Dallas is seeking a new trial, arguing prosecutors did not reveal that an undercover FBI agent who witnessed the shooting had communicated about the contest with an accused recruiter for the Islamic State.

The lawsuit on the terror attack in Garland, Texas is on hold: a court order effectively denies disclosure to the plaintiff or the public.

As for me, how am I commemorating? I am alive, that’s how.

Erick Jamal Hendricks plotted to kill Pamela Geller and hundreds that attended AFDI’s free speech event in Garland, Texas. He was found guilty of aiding and abetting ISIS.

While Jane had previously talked to one of the attackers, he said he didn’t know Elton Simpson and Nadir Soofi also were in Garland. He said he had no advance knowledge of the pair’s plans and was as surprised as anyone when he saw gunfire being exchanged

In new court filings in a case related to the 2015 attack on a “Draw Muhammad” event in Garland, Texas, the government is now saying that a text message to “Tear Up Texas” sent from an undercover FBI agent to one of the terrorists who ultimately carried out the attack was “innocuous.”

But the FBI failed to state a court rule, statute or “good cause” to prevent all discovery.

In addition to being in close to the exhibit around the time of the attack, the undercover agent was in communication with Simpson before Simpson and Soofi opened fire, filings show. An FBI affidavit filed in support of Hendricks’ arrest in August 2016 noted that the agent, while talking to Simpson, told him to “tear up Texas” more than a week prior to the Garland art exhibit shooting.

But he only said he would do that in a classified briefing, and no briefing has been set.
