More of the disastrous consequences of the Geller Ban:

If the West had stood for free speech when the Danish cartoon jihad raged and ran those cartoons, Charlie Hebdo writers and cartoonists would be alive today, and I would not be living under 24 hour death threat.

Vicious Jew-haters are invoking the sharia-based motion M103, which singles out the criticism of Islam as a form of “Islamophobia,” to try to get me banned from my December Hanukkah talk.” BDS Jew-haters are using M103 now to enforce Jew-hatred and Islamic antisemitism. Stephen Ellis is a BDS officer. The Boycott, Divest, Sanction [Israel] movement is this century’s Nazi movement, only on a worldwide scale. Same tactics, same viciousness, same lies, same thuggery — The Germans employed the same tactics.

Pamela explained how this is part of a larger left wing attempt to crush the First Amendment.

On the heels of PayPal bootings of Pamela Geller and Richard Spencer and other sites, like the counterjihad news outlet PI, comes this poll finding: Fully 85 percent of Americans say the heck with political correctness. The First Amendment takes precedence.

I speak from first hand experience. Geller Report has been scrubbed from google search results. 15 years of over forty thousands posts. Poof! Gone. The leftist masters of the universe are, without our consent, arbitrarily and capriciously abridging and surrendering our most basic fundamental freedoms. The internet is the last frontier in the war on free speech. We cannot and will not cede the field.

If anything had happened to Pamela Geller, we can be sure that the talking heads would have looked soulfully into the cameras and said, Well, she had it coming. It’s a sign of how much our respect for the freedom of speech, and understanding of its importance, has degenerated since the days of Rushdie.

There is an annual conference (a prime social event in Europe) as a kind of gathering for the Muslims, by the Muslims and of the Muslims, held in a suburb of Paris. It ought to be a cause for concern in the West.

A few months ago an anti-Islamophobia motion, M103, passed in the Canadian Parliament. Member of Parliament, Pakistani Muslim Iqra Khalid proposed the motion. Canadians were alarmed and for good reason. Khalid, who has ties to CAIR/Muslim Brotherhood, balked at defining the term Islamophobia.

In this day and age of leftist thinking, you knew this was coming — the University of Maryland’s student-run newspaper is actually advocating for the censorship of speech that brings on uncomfortable feelings in its listeners.

Commentary Magazine has devoted their July-August edition to an issue-length symposium in which many prominent writers, activists and thinkers were asked to respond to the question, “Is free speech under threat in the United States?” I was asked to contribute. The following is an excerpt from my piece on COMMENTARY’s symposium on the threat to free speech:

Indianapolis Muslims are outraged by a billboard about Muhammad — they are not outraged that Muhammad actually did all those things — no, that’s righteous. They are outraged that someone would dare educate the non-believers (the kuffar). That’s the problem.

The New York Times has finally deigned to cover the violent, fascist war on the free speech against those who the left oppose But Times glosses over all that, not surprisingly, since the Times itself is a flagship of the Leftist establishment, and a cheerleader for any effort that marginalizes and silences dissenting voices.

If hate speech eventually becomes a crime in America, its justification won’t be based on Constitutional grounds or really any historical precedent in this country. It will be all about how a diverse society like ours needs it in order to defend protected classes from opinions they don’t like. The scary thought is that argument might be enough for lawmakers to enact legislation to outlaw hate speech.

It hardly needs to be stated that such a measure would be a slippery slope to penalizing a whole range of opinions that run afoul of the powers that be and negate the whole purpose of having free speech.

Freedom of speech is the foundation of a free society. Without it, a tyrant can wreak havoc unopposed, while his opponents are silenced. They blame truth and sites like the Geller Report for their crushing election defeat in November. So they mean to shut us down. Not once did they consider that the election was the result of their catastrophic failures. The Democrats are anti-freedom, anti-America, anti-individualism.

The left cannot win in the war of ideas, so they must silence the opposition. Crush freedom.

Every news report on the San Francisco transit free speech ban blames me. Every news report runs photos of my ads only. Look at this. No news report mentions that my ads were a response to vicious Islamic Jew-hating ads.

None of the news reports show the ugly vicious ads (scroll down) that prompted me to run ad campaigns on San Francisco buses.

But there is a silver lining to this ban. The savages can’t run their lies and their libel.

Who decides what’s hate and what’s not? All of the reportage on my work is hate-filled but I assure that will not be criminalized. What will Germany do when truth is deemed hate?
