Author: Pamela Geller

My colleague Robert Spencer explains what’s at stake: “Je Suis Pamela Geller,” by Robert Spencer, FrontPage Mag, May 8, 2015: I was standing next to Pamela Geller just after our American Freedom Defense Initiative/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest ended last Sunday in Garland, Texas when one of our security team ran in…

In this thoughtful piece, my friend Caroline Glick shows why the media pile-on blaming me for the jihad attack on our free speech event in Texas is so dangerous for a free society: “Column one: Siding with the victims of aggression,” by Caroline B. Glick, Jerusalem Post, May 7, 2015 (thanks to Scott): Last Sunday,…

The imam to the jihadis claimed he was shocked — that they were gentle fellows. Are we just going to take his word for it? Now that we know he is a liar. There needs to be an investigation of what it is being taught at that mosque. Are we supposed to believe that they…

The jihadists were the end of the line. By drawing them out, we exposed their network. And because we secured the perimeter, we were able to expose the network without getting anyone killed. The FBI can now go after the sources. They are gleaning intel from their computers as we speak. We smoked out a…

Tonight Juan Williams soiled himself trying to take me down on Sean Hannity’s show. What’s outrageous is his seemingly pious air. He did, after all, say, “the truth is that I worry when I am getting on an airplane and see people dressed in garb that identifies them first and foremost as Muslims.” I have…

Is law enforcement investigating this mosque? Or are they just taking the imam’s word for it that these jihadis didn’t learn any of their lust for violence and hatred at that mosque? Is the FBI too busy conducting “outreach” at this mosque to look into what is being taught there? “Texas Shooter’s Imam Warned Members…

Tune into Hannity tonight at 10 pm. I’ll be debating liberal Juan Williams, who viciously attacks me for defending free speech from sharia speech restrictions. This from the man who actually said, “the truth is that I worry when I am getting on an airplane and see people dressed in garb that identifies them first…

Here is my debate with Laura Ingraham’s defense of the indefensible — submitting to the sharia restrictions on free speech. She was so hostile and entrenched that she abused her role as host to ignore or attempt to drown out my arguments. She comes off rather badly, but her bullying may go over well with…

More poison fruit of the suicidal political correctness that dominates government and law enforcement nationwide. “The Garland Shooting Was Entirely Preventable,” by David French, National Review, May 6, 2015 Prosecutorial mistakes and a politically correct judge exposed Americans to a potential massacre. The Garland, Texas, police officer who gunned down two Islamic terrorists not only saved…

Here is a good summary of the unconscionable inversion of the leftist media’s reaction to the jihad attack at the AFDI/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest. “Why Won’t Pamela Geller Shut Up?,” by Rich Lowry, Politico, May 6, 2015: How dare Pamela Geller get targeted by terrorists bent on committing mass murder. That’s…

It is somehow ironic that the younger generation that was raised on leftist propaganda in academia and in the culture is so eager to utterly relinquish our freedoms without so much as a fight. The hippies and bippies and free love gave us totalitarianism and subjugation. Free love. It made whores of women, broke our…

Choudary is a vicious Islamic cleric, no doubt, but he accurately cites Qur’an chapter and verse to justify his positions. I debated Anjem Choudary tonight on Hannity. We discussed the death fatwa issued against against me by ISIS.  When I pointed out to Choudary that the ISIS alert referred to me as “Khanzeer” (Jewish pig…

Except for that bit about jihad against the kuffar. And that made all the difference. “Texas Terrorist Attack: Mother of Gunman Says Son Had ‘A Normal American Upbringing,’” by Selena Hill, Latin Post, May 6, 2015: The mother of one of the men who was fatally shot by authorities as he was executing a terrorist…

This is yet another vicious hit piece from the Daily News, but I thought it worth posting because I was in extensive threat assessment meetings with the NYPD today, and they’re on the job. If the Islamic State wants to get to me, they’re going to have to go through the NYPD. “NYPD assessing ISIS…

The Daily News has often viciously attacked me and my work. They are hardly more favorable in this piece. But at least they now understand that if they don’t defend the freedom of speech and the people who are exercising it, even those they don’t like, the consequences could be disastrous for everyone. “Protect Pamela…

They are emboldened to make these threats and to carry out murderous jihad attacks by the weakness and fecklessness of an American leadership and media determined to throw away our freedoms with both hands and grant them their every demand. “‘Islamic State in America’ Message Prompts Celebrations, Threats on Jihadi Twitter,” by Mary Chastain, Breitbart,…

Islamic scholar Dr. Andrew Bostom explains the religious motivation behind the ISIS death threat: Hey Fox News: Like Muhammad, ISIS Calls Jewess Pamela Geller “Khanzeer” (Pig), and Threatens To “Slaughter Her” “From Muhammad, via the Koran, across space and time, as promulgated today by Sunni Islam’s 1000-year old leading teaching institution, Al-Azhar, and ISIS, alike,…

Excellent piece over at PJ Media. “The United States Has Become a Dictatorship of Double Standards,” Robert Wargas,  PJ Media, May 6, 2015 Even as I write this, I can feel the Overton Window shifting. Let the record show that when a death squad descended on Pamela Geller’s event in Texas with the aim of…

The cowardly media wants to make this about me. It is not. No American is safe. Our freedom is the target. It’s what I said in my TIME magazine article today — this is war and they are here. Obama is importing whole Muslim communities from jihad nations under “refugee resettlement” so how could this…

Legal expert Eugene Volokh here ably explains why our AFDI/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest was necessary — and why those who are blaming me for the jihad shooting are wrong: “Islamo-non-phobia, and the value of defiance,” by Eugene Volokh, Washington Post, May 4, 2015 (thanks to David): Two apparent would-be jihadists drove…

The cartoon contest was needlessly provocative? No — murdering cartoonists is needlessly provocative. It was the jihadis, not I, who made the cartoons a flash point. If we surrender on that point and stop drawing Muhammad, we’ve established a precedent of surrendering to violent Sharia enforcement, and once established, we will be made to reinforce…

Last night I was on Hannity defending myself against a mainstream media blaming me for ISIS, al qaeda and the jihad threat around the world. They are deranged. European media said Je Suis Charlie in the wake of the jihadi attack on the French cartoon weekly. American media said Je Suis Jihad in the wake…

Common sense from Rush Limbaugh. Free speech is under attack from the mainstream media, and thank Gd that Rush is there to call them out on it. Listen to this segment here. “ISIS Attacks, CNN Blames Victim,” Rush Limbaugh, May 4, 2015 BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: We have the ISIS shooting in Garland, Texas, to deal…

The media reaction to the jihad shooting at the AFDI/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest shows that the freedom of speech in the United States is seriously imperiled. Everyone takes for granted that if someone threatens you, rather than confronting and eradicating the threat, you should kowtow and curtail your activities. Blasphemy laws…

This threat illustrates the savagery and barbarism exhorted by Islamic texts and teachings. It calls for my death for violating Sharia blasphemy laws. What remains to be seen is whether the free world will finally wake up and stand for the freedom of speech, or instead kowtow to this evil and continue to denounce me….

The Dallas Morning News thought they were getting a photo of Muslims condemning our AFDI/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest. They apparently didn’t notice that the Muslim demonstrators also were praising the would-be jihad murderers. It’s telling: when the mainstream media condemns me, they’re carrying water for the jihad killers. “Dallas Morning News…

Excellent editorial over at Israel National News, read it: “Pamela Geller’s War On Radical Islam And Everybody Else”, By Jack Engelhard, Israel National News, May 5, 2015 Pamela Geller tested the First Amendment and America failed. Have you hugged a Jihadist today? Everybody else has. Have you trashed Pamela Geller this morning? Welcome to the…

And still the media cowards attack us fiercely (because they know we won’t chop their heads off) and refuse to run the winning cartoon. “Muhammad Cartoon Contest Winner Retreats Into Hiding,” By Nathan Koppel, Wall Street Journal, May 5, 2015 Man says he faces death threats after winning grand prize for drawing of prophet As…

Not to worry. They’re not trying to kill anyone. They’re moderates.

I will be on Sean Hannity tonight discussing the media’s attack on the victim of jihad. Why isn’t the media attacking the jihadists? Why are they attacking me?

People are trying to figure out whether the Islamic State ordered and coordinated the attack, or whether the gunmen were simply inspired by the Islamic State. This is a distinction without a difference. The Islamic State has called for jihad attacks in the United States, and published manuals explaining how Muslims can construct bombs and…

Watch this video – it’s a good discussion on free speech. Opinion Journal: Pam Geller and the First Amendment 5/5/2015 Global View Columnist Bret Stephens on the organizer of the Texas Prophet Mohammed cartoon context. Wall Street Journal, May 5, 2015

This is what the media won’t show you: the winning cartoon: And here is the acceptance speech from the winner of Muhammad cartoon competition, former Muslim Bosch Fawstin. Fawstin is a hero, a legend. Bosch Fawston on Greta, who shamefully did not show the cartoon: ‘Once Free Speech Goes, It’s Over’: ‘Draw Muhammad’ Contest Winner…

It’s not surprising that they failed to prevent the attack on our AFDI/Jihad Watch Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest. The Obama administration years ago forced the FBI and other agencies to scrub all mention of Islam and jihad from counter-terror training. Agents are consequently woefully ignorant about the mindset, motives, and goals of the…

It is unimaginable. The descent of the mainstream media into out-and-out pro-jihad agitation is complete. Two Islamic jihadists attempt to murder hundreds of people at our free speech event in Texas, and the Washington Post says that I “offer no apology.” I offer no apology? What apology exactly do I owe for almost being murdered?…

Tune in at 10pm Eastern time for a sit-down with Sean Hannity to talk about the Islamic terror attack on our free speech conference last night.

Here’s what the enemies of freedom sought to crush last night. Truth and freedom. But they went up against the wrong kuffar, and they were crushed instead. Much thanks to Mark Campbell and United West for footage.

Here’s what jihadists sought to destroy out last night. Truth and freedom. Much thanks to Mark Campbell and United West for footage

Here’s what jihadists sought to snuff out last night. Truth and freedom Much thanks to Mark Campbell and United West for footage

UPDATE: Apparently Abu Hussain al-Britani is not the gunman, unless someone else has access to his Twitter account, as he is back on Twitter today. —– My colleague and the cosponsor of the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest, Robert Spencer, nails the zeitgeist: “Texas shooter: ‘When will the kuffar understand and stop insulting the…

Cognitive dissonance in action. Yes, freedom of speech, but …. Pamela Geller Battles CNN Host over Garland Shooting: Why Is Media ‘Targeting’ Us? (Mediaite) Hours after a shooting at a Muhammed cartoon event Garland, Texas that left three dead, including the gunmen, the event’s sponsor and American Freedom Defense Initiative president Pamela Geller battled CNN’s…

This is apparently “Shariah is Light,” the devout Muslim who tweeted yesterday about seeking “martyrdom” and the Texas attack. “Texas jihad gunman ID’d, was previously subject of terror investigation,” Jihad Watch, May 4, 2015: “Simpson was well known to the FBI. Five years ago he was convicted for lying to federal agents about his plans…

Yet the “This Has Nothing To Do with Islam” machine is already swinging into high gear. One of those attending the event wrote to me: “On the way home, the officer driving said that the gunmen were  trying to enter the building to shoot the place up when they were stopped. It seems obvious in…

The cowardice of the enemedia has reached monstrous proportions. They will stop at nothing to appease bloodthirsty jihad terrorists. They are not journalists. They are water-carriers for the forces of oppression, hatred, and forcible censorship. “Cowardly Daily Mail blacks out Muhammad cartoons in story on shooting,” by Robert Spencer, Jihad Watch, May 3, 2015: This…

This incident shows how much needed our event really was. The freedom of speech is under violent assault here in our nation. The question now before is — will we stand and defend it, or bow to violence, thuggery, and savagery? It’s not just the Islamic State — it’s your everyday, run of the mill…

This is a war. This is war on free speech. What are we going to do? Are we going to surrender to these monsters? Two men with rifles and backpacks attacked police outside our event. A cop was shot; his injuries are not life-threatening, thank Gd. Please keep him in your prayers. The bomb squad…

For those who could not attend this historic event in person, the United West will be livestreaming it. Tune in at 5pm CENTRAL Time (6pm Eastern) when the action starts. Just click on the video below. Follow me on instagram here and Twitter here and Facebook for my photos in real time. The Dallas Morning…

“Geller … could not be reached for comment.” Geller couldn’t be reached for comment? Geller was reached for comment. I responded numerous times to the Melissa Cutler, the FOX News reporter.  What happened? You tell me. But FOX made sure to get a quote from Hamas-CAIR’s Ibrahim Hooper, who said that the AFDI event was…

Breitbart has the breaking news. Americans standing up for freedom! In the wake of Charlie Hebdo jihad slaughter, Muslim groups in America held a conference to suppress speech, invariably supporting the devout Muslims who slaughtered an entire editorial staff at a French weekly magazine because they drew a cartoon of Muhammad. These Muslim groups should…

“So when you meet the unbeliever, strike [their] necks until, when you have inflicted slaughter upon them..” Quran 8:12 Here’s the takeway that the Obama administration, the enemedia, and academia want you to glean from this: –The Islamic State is not Islamic –This is not an important story –Look out for “backlashophobia” and “islamofauxbia” —…
