Story continues below advertisementLast week brought us a blatantly revealing moment of radical media activism, otherwise known today as “news coverage.”
Two news stories. In one, an American was targeted for beheading by members of the American Muslim community because the target would not adhere to the blasphemy laws under the Shariah. I was the target, and this was the media coverage:
“Activist says Boston beheading plot targeted her; police express doubt”
“Who is anti-Islamic activist Pamela Geller?”
“Pamela Geller Calls Allegedly Being Targeted for Beheading by Terror Suspect ‘Chilling’”
The depraved media have tried to distract and obfuscate the real story here, which is that ISIS and its devout followers in America are targeting for death Americans on our home soil. I have been targeted for assassination twice in just four weeks. The headline Reuters ran, “Activist says Boston beheading plot targeted her; police express doubt,” is false and vicious.
Meanwhile, Associated Press ran the truth on Friday: “Police confirm Pamela Geller was initial target of Boston Muslims’ jihad terror plot.”
The other news story: A 31-year-old terror-tied Muslim woman went on social media and decried United Airlines for not giving her a can of Diet Coke in the way that she demanded: unopened. Under the hashtag #IslamophobiaIsReal, she wrote: “I am sitting on a United Airlines flight in the air 30,000ft above and I am in tears of humiliation from discrimination. The flight attendant asked me what I would like to drink and I requested a can of diet coke. She brought me a can that was open so I requested an unopened can due to hygienic reasons.”
A fellow passenger claimed that Diet Coke Muslim Tahera Ahmad was a rude liar. Other passengers fear coming forward for fear of being publicly smeared as Islamophobic! Bigoted! Racist! – even though Islam is not a race.
Heads exploded in an Islamophobia-fueled frenzy in newsrooms everywhere.
The New York Times covered only one of these two stories. Guess which one. In fact, it ran three stories about this Muslima supremacist’s whining complaint (since proven false) that the reason she could only get a full cup of Diet Coke and not an unopened can was because of Islamofauxbia. While it lavished coverage upon the Diet Coke jihad, the New York Times did not cover the beheading plot at all.
This became national and international news – the media were outraged at United Airlines. The National Catholic Register declared: “Fight Islamophobia in America.”

“‘There is no middle ground in racism:’ On Tahera Ahmad” – Fusion
Islam is not a race.
“Muslim chaplain: Derogatory remarks made on United flight” – Boston Herald
“Don’t ask for a soda can on United Airlines if you are a Muslim” – The Express Tribune (Pakistan)
Meanwhile, who is Tahera Ahmad? In late December, she attended the MAS-ICNA, or Muslim American Society-Islamic Circle of North America, conference, which featured prominent Muslim leaders with links to the Muslim Brotherhood.
One month earlier, Ahmad posted a picture to Facebook of her with Suhaib Webb, who was then Imam of the Islamic Society of Boston, where Boston Marathon jihadis Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev and many other jihadis worshiped. Webb was once a friend of Anwar al-Awlaki.
Ahmad is also “well-known” to Yasir Qadhi, a Muslim cleric who once called for jihad against non-Muslims. She was part of a Muslim Public Affairs Council, or MPAC, delegation to the Obama White House; MPAC was founded by Muslim Brotherhood members. She has recited the Quran at an Islamic Society of North America convention; ISNA is yet another Muslim Brotherhood-linked group.
United’s first statement, now erased from the web, said the flight attendant “attempted several times to accommodate Ms. Ahmad’s beverage request.” The flight attendant has been fired after the media-waged jihad against United.
I expect this from the media, but I will never fly United again.
And as for the enemedia, they are aligned with the jihad force, and their mission is to destroy the few who dare speak candidly about the jihad threat.

Just about everyone in the media who reported this story. I spend most of my life on an airplane due to my job. I have been served drinks out of opened cans. Generally, a full can will be too much for those small airline plastic cups. So what? I did not scream discrimination, crackerphobia, whiteyphobia, antisemitism, baldguyphobia, hairybackism, etc, etc.

Congratulations. However, if a passenger sat next to you was allowed a closed can, and you weren’t, purely based off of your appearance, would you feel aggrieved? (read the story as reported by those who don’t hate Islam). I certainly would.

Certainly not. I would have thought a partially educated person, would be able to tell from my post. I trust you do not fly much, as this type of practice is common. If you ask for a beer, they will give you the can, but for common beverages, like Coke, it is often poured out of a 2L bottle, or in this case a can. What if it was poured out of a 2L bottle? If they did not give her the entire bottle, would she make an issue as well?
Suppose for the sake of argument, I felt aggrieved. I certainly would not blow it totally out of proportion, and use it as a pretense for a hate crime. Is there one piece of evidence that indicates this was done because she was a Muslim? Now, be honest.

There’s no longer free speech? Then please explain how events like “Draw Mohammed” occur? Only a complete tool would suggest such a thing while supporting such a hateful, potentially incendiary event. If somebody held a “draw Jesus having anal sex” contest in the Bible belt, do you think there wouldn’t be total outrage? Maybe violence?

That kind of perverse “art” has already been put out many times…and sometimes even at tax payer expense. Where have you been? Have you never heard of the “Piss Christ” exhibit or the one of the Virgin Mary covered in dung? or the various movies which have portrayed Christ as a fornicator and and a practicing homosexual? The media has no problem portraying those events and even showing the displays that show Christ in such a blasphemous light. But the North American media refuse to show the cartoons about Muhammed. There was anger for sure when Christ was demeaned and slandered. But no one was killed over it. Christians, Jews, Mormons and others who have had their religions mocked and gratuitously insulted respond in a civilized manner, even if angry. It is only radical Muslims who insist on responding like barbarians. It is a form of extortion. And by refusing to show these images — making an exception only for Muslims — the media is caving in to extortion. And when someone gives in to extortion it guarantees it will happen again and again.

Wow, so the media went for the real news story over the invented, histrionic rubbish of a notoriously hate-filled and attention-ravenous liar? Is this meant to be shocking? She even claims the Muslim woman’s story was debunked with a link to her own webpage… it’s just like those people who claim the bible is true because it says so in the bible (which is clearly a fallacy).
Freedom of speech is a great thing, but if you believe that it means you should go around inciting hatred, then you’re a total “c-u-next-tuesday”. Which of course, she is.

LOL that’s funny. You are right. I am trying to find like minded people in my area not having much luck but will keep looking. The best I can do at this point is expose islam for what it is. It amazes me how the media has kept a lid on this evil and most have no idea as to what is going on. Our PM Harper did say that islamicism is the greatest threat to Canada.

If you read the story as reported by non-bigoted individuals, unlike beloved Pamela, then you’ll see that the man next to her was allowed a closed can, and she was not. That’s profiling, and it’s extremely offensive.
Hence she wasn’t demanding special privilege, but equal treatment, which she wasn’t given. Do you think she wanted to take over the plane with a can of soda? If so, you’re an imbecile.

Extreme offense-nope. You cannot get excited about this story without revealing that one of the parties was a Muslim. You cannot tell who should be offended until it is revealed *which one* was Muslim. If Ahmad were the FA, she’d be offended at the hygiene comment. As a passenger, she found a way to be the only one on the plane to be offended by standard practice, so yeah, she was asking for special privilege. Ahmad is said to have initiated the comment about using the can as a weapon.

“The real news story.” Hah. Even if you accept the suspicious story about the coke, there’s no story there. It’s about someone claiming another person was rude about a coke first. Additionally, wasn’t it quite bigoted of the passenger to suggest that the non-muslim attendant was unclean.
You seem to have missed the realness of Geller’s experience. It reveals the murder in the hearts of so many Muslims. You aren’t shocked about the attempted murders, because you’ve come to expect it and seem to condone it. The murder plans are to be hated and called out.

The *real* story reveals the murder in the hearts of so many Muslims exactly by catching them in the act of attempted murder.
The phony story though, the one about a coke was a tempest in a teapot. You don’t know what Ahmad wanted. You know that she accomplished a claim of Islamophobia over a non-event. Her use of the made-up weaponized word worked on you. It was a coke. It was a snob passenger accusing the attendant of being unclean.

The “fact” was not left out. It was covered early on in one of the links referring to the account from a fellow passenger. The attendant went to the trouble to open the can of beer to prevent the whine about discrimination. Are you REALLY concerned about discrimination by a flight attendant opening or not opening a can?! Seriously? Seriously? I don’t think so. You have another angle and so did your deceiver.

I’m not the reporter dear ol’ Maxy. I’m relating MY experiences. Do you understand what that means? It means that I am speaking only of the experiences I have had on an airplane. Since I haven’t experienced what anybody else has experienced, I can ONLY speak of MY experiences. You see how that works? Maybe I was being discriminated against because I’m a white female Christian. Hmm maybe I’ll go with that and I can get on the news too. I’ve never been able to get a full unopened can of soda from the flight attendant with the cart. Not once. See, I didn’t conveniently leave anything out since I wasn’t talking about HER experience. I was talking about MY experience. Maybe everybody else should read the story to find out what was said INSTEAD of trying to figure it out from reading the comments….hmm?

I’m not denying that ALL media adds their own twist to stories to support their overall agenda, however ones like this incite hatred against a non-existent enemy and nothing more. Combine a thousand of such stories as these and the average conservative American will support any war against Muslim “enemies”. Do you not see that?

What’s ironic here – and hypocritical – is that until the 1970s or 1980s, the Middle Eastern Cola market was divided with Pepsi sold in the Arab world and :Coke sold only in Israel. Muslims also protested the Coca-Cola ad during the Superbowl showing a man in Arab type robes. The Muslims still remember the fact that Coke wouldn’t take part in the Arab boycott of Israel decades ago – they’ve said so in articles posted online. So why is this Muslim woman even ordering a Coke on an airplane? Surely she’s old enough to remember the Superbowl ad from news stories, not that she follows American football. No, she ordered a Coke because she either doesn’t read news stories about Arab complaints about Coke or she doesn’t care to think that much. I bet I could find an imam who would condemn her for even ordering a Coke, as supporting “the enemy.” It wouldn’t be that hard.

Take The Very Same United Airline & Situation:
If a Buddhist, Hindu, Christian, Sikh or Jew went on social media and decried United Airlines for not giving them a can of Diet Coke in the way that they demanded (unopened), do you think the International EneMedia would go on a frenzy and be outraged?? Of Course NO!

What i do not get, this woman lies, cries victim, and the ‘liberal’ media enters a frenzy of white male privilege and islamophobia. At the same time, Islamic countries, are literally the only places where hangings, beheadings, torture are carried out for non-beleivers and the LGBT. I mean if islamophobia is real, so is islamo-fascists. Most ‘tolerant’ muslims would not criticise the fact non muslims can’t enter saudi, unless it is work related, and no other religion is allowed to be practiced there. This happens in 2015! Yes the crusades may have happened centuries back, but The US and the west do not hang and torture adherent of different faith, like saudi and isis do, as precribed by the Quran.
