But a Republican manages to beat election fraud and win, the President has no authority. The courts take sovereignty. 

Imagine the nation’s most powerful law enforcement agency must redirect resources to address an avalanche of  Presidential death threats because the former FBI Director gave everyone tacit permission to do so by publishing his own death threat.

If Comey had been arrested and charged, we wouldn’t be dealing with copycats now. If Comey’s treasonous example is being followed, so should his punishment. That’s deterrence.

The Trade Expansion Act of 1962 gave the President authority to do exactly that. The judiciary is making political and unlawful rulings.
