Among them is DCI-P, the Palestinian branch of the NGO Defense For Children, which Israel has linked to the PFLP. DCI-P has been found to minimize, distort, or hide reports of Palestinian youth violence, and has shown little interest in how Palestinian children are recruited and exploited by the terror groups.
