Why did FOX settle with Dominion? They are going to pay for settling with Dominion – in spades and I’m not just talking Tucker. Not to mention – what an opportunity for ‘discovery.’ Dominion would never have complied but that too would be incriminating.

For many years I wanted to sue various news outlets for their lies, defamation and liable etc etc. I was repeatedly rebuffed by my legal team – no one would take the case. I was told in no uncertain terms that the first amendment is absolute and final when it comes to public figures (as opposed to private individuals). The opinion aspect is protected speech, for public figures the “actual malice” standard applies and is nearly impossible to achieve.

What suddenly changed?

Fox News Sued for Defamation by Biden’s Former Disinformation Chief

A former Biden administration official who oversaw a federal initiative against alleged disinformation filed a civil lawsuit against Fox News on Wednesday, alleging that the news outlet defamed her and damaged her career.

Nina Jankowicz, former head of the now-disbanded Disinformation Governance Board, alleged in a complaint filed Wednesday that Fox News, via figures like host Laura Ingram and former host Tucker Carlson, waged “a malicious campaign of destruction” against her that allegedly damaged her career and well-being.

“By particular, Fox described Jankowicz as moronic, an embarrassment to her parents and employers, and a ‘self-obsessed social media neophyte,’” reads the complaint, filed in the Delaware Superior Court on May 10.

Jankowicz’s lawyers allege that the purpose of these descriptions was “neither news nor political commentary,” but was intended to “denigrate Jankowicz’s character and professional reputation, particularly since they continued long after Jankowicz’s resignation from government.”

Why this would-be “Disinformation[sic] Board” head would sue Fox sounds like it’s of the same piece as how nutjob E. Jean Carroll could sue Trump – but Tara Reade who was brutally and viciously raped by Biden has been basically left to hang out to dry, and has said that if anything untoward happens to her (i.e. Epstein’d or “Arkancided”), it will all be on him and the entire Democrat Party. “Believe all women,” indeed.
