‘Physician Misinformation Bill’ Takes Effect in CA, Doctors May Lose Licenses if Advising Risk of mRNA

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (FLV) – The “physician misinformation bill” went into effect this week for California, which prohibits physicians from discussing the risks of mRNA COVID vaccines to patients without potentially losing their license to practice.
In September, California Gov. Gavin Newson signed AB-2098, also known as the “physician misinformation bill.” The bill went into effect on Jan. 1 and states that the “spread of misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines has weakened public confidence and placed lives at serious risk.”
The bill states that “major news outlets have reported that some of the most dangerous propagators of inaccurate information regarding the COVID-19 vaccines are licensed health care professionals.”
The bill also states that the Federation of State Medical Boards has “released a statement warning that physicians who engage in the dissemination of COVID-19 vaccine misinformation or disinformation risk losing their medical license.”
Gov. Ron DeSantis announced earlier in December his petition for a statewide grand jury to investigate “any and all wrongdoing” in Florida with respect to the COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers.
DeSantis also announced a public health integrity committee will be established. The board will advise the public and provide oversight moving forward of the public health establishment.
Fully informed decisionmaking is critical to good healthcare. But California is more interested in narrative control.
Florida will ensure information about adverse events associated with mRNA vaccines is available to the public.

DeSantis said “it is against the law to mislead and misrepresent,” referring to the vaccine manufacturers.
“It is against the law to mislead and to misrepresent, particularly when you’re talking about the efficacy of a drug,” DeSantis said.
In October, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo announced new mRNA COVID-19 vaccine guidance, advising against males aged 18-39 years old from taking those vaccines due to a reported 84% increase in the relative incidence of heart-related deaths.
Ladapo also warned about the risks of vaccinating “healthy children with no underlying conditions.” The surgeon general questioned the CDC on Twitter.
DeSantis has declared that no vaccine mandates would be legally permitted in Florida, despite recommendations from the Center of Disease Control. In 2021, DeSantis banned vaccine passports in Florida.
The state of California recommends any Californian aged 6 months and older to get vaccinated.

Medical clinics and hospitals in USA are denying life-saving Ivermectin medicine even with court orders. Big Pharma doing all that they can to push the vaxx and inoculate us while effective and cheap COVID cures exist. Note that this is another example of how many persons in and out of public office hate freedom. In, say, 1880, it would have been understood that our best chance of getting the truth about health and disease is to let all physicians speak freely: thus, the interested person would have a rich body of information upon which to make up his or her mind.

After 3 years of this nonsense it is obvious that every individual in ultimately in charge of their own health. All it takes is critical thinking skills and a large dose of reading. We can no longer trust the government, big pharma or the medical establishment for the truth. Notice that none of these high profile politicians or Hollywood types ever died from Covind-19? I sure did. I want the same treatments that they received. Ivermectin and Hydroxy is easily available in Mexico without a prescription and for only $15 for the treatment pills. Nasal flushes and throat gargles are also effective. Then there are cheap vitamins like C, D3, Zinc and Quercitin that also do the trick. Masks are absolutely worthless, filthy and ineffective. Yet people still wear those filthy face diapers.
