Biden’s Department of Justice has urged a federal judge to issue a protective order against former President Donald Trump, seeking to prevent him from disclosing “sensitive” details about his criminal case linked to the 2020 presidential election.

Prosecutors requested the order from US District Court Judge Tanya Chutkan on Friday, claiming it is “particularly important” given that Trump has previously made social media posts about “witnesses, judges, attorneys, and others associated with legal matters pending against him. If the defendant were to begin issuing public posts using details – or, for example, grand jury transcripts – obtained in discovery here, it could have a harmful chilling effect on witnesses or adversely affect the fair administration of justice in this case,” the DOJ said in a court filing.
The proposed protective order would bar Trump and his defense lawyers from divulging discovery material obtained from the government to anyone who is not on his legal team, as well as impose tighter controls on “sensitive materials,” including information gleaned from sealed search warrants and grand jury testimony.
Trump pleaded not guilty on Thursday to the latest criminal charges against him, which feature four felony counts related to an alleged conspiracy to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the 2020 presidential race. The ex-president has slammed the case as politically motivated, claiming prosecutors were targeting him because Biden would be unable to beat him in a 2024 election rematch.

Like President Trump mentioned many times, WE are the primary target. They attack him so we don’t realize who is really in their crosshairs.
They were deceiving and betraying and abusing and robbing and poisoning us before he ever ran for office. They were murdering us in wars and with open borders and with poverty and by every other conceivable means before he ever tan for office. They were using our money to enrich our enemies before he ever ran for office. They were inviting our enemies to our soil and selling us to our enemies before he ever ran for office. The comfy folks never noticed what was happening or never cared, and everyone else was trapped on the treadmill trying to make another shrinking dollar to pay another growing bill.
At some point the pawns have to turn around and fight in the other direction. Then there will be peace and prosperity.

Why does the “government” get to use unlimited funds, provided by the American People, for these attacks against Trump? They should have to use their own money to go after Trump just like Trump has to use his own money to defend himself.

The money is authrized by Congress, specifically the House of Representatives. The DOJ must be defunded 100%. Do that and this would stop immediately.

Thats the DOJ’s go to excuse…. “ongoing investigation… blah, blah, blah”, answer denied, but is anyone really surprised? Vermin do their best work in the dark. AKA FISA courts? And thats how they like it.

I have no doubt that the vermin placed on the bench by Obama will issue this order. It will now be incumbent on our press to obtain this information and to publish it. All that it takes is an attorney with the balls to reveal it and then take a brief vacation abroad until Trump is inaugurated on January 20, 2025. No point in allowing this attorney to be held in contempt and imprisoned. He/She can effectively continue to perform work from a comfortable place abroad. Political amnesty can be obtained easily in Mexico as one of many examples.
