EXCLUSIVE: Pamela Geller Places anti-Jihadi Ads on San Francisco Buses

EXCLUSIVE: Pamela Geller Places anti-Jihadi Ads on San Francisco Buses by Adelle Nazarian, Breitbart News, September 8, 2016: The American Freedom Defense Initiative (AFDI) has placed hundreds of ads on buses in San Francisco showing real images of Palestinian youth in jihadi uniforms and violent poses, taken from media in Palestinian Authority media. The ads…

LOOK: MBTA Banned all Political Ads After AFDI Submitted this Ad

We are witnessing government systematically shutting down free speech across the Western countries. Our organization, AFDI, has submitted numerous ads to run on transit systems throughout the country. Our ads are either pro-Israel or counter-jihad, and sharia-compliant systems refuse them (while running pro-jihad, pro-“Palestinian” ads, of course). As a result, we have filed numerous…

Pamela Geller, Breitbart News: Lamar Advertising Runs Anti-Israel Billboards, Refuses AFDI Pro-Freedom Billboards

Lamar Advertising should be publicly shamed: Pamela Geller: Lamar Advertising Runs Anti-Israel Billboards, Refuses AFDI Pro-Freedom Billboards As sharia adherence becomes increasingly the norm, outrages to free speech are increasingly commonplace. The Observer reported Friday that “approximately five miles south of Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport, alongside the Interstate 294, stands a large anti-Israel billboard.”…… Read…

AFDI Rolls Out Boston #MBTABigots Ad Campaign

AFDI has submitted a new ad campaign to the Boston MBTA in response to their ban on pro-Israel ads while allowing vicious antisemitic ads to run. The Boston MBTA is running yet another series of Jew-hating ads, one after another, while refusing no less than three ad pro-Israel, counter-jihad campaigns from AFDI. Today we submitted…

The MBTA has repeatedly refused to run our pro-Israel ads, which we submitted in response to vicious anti-Israel ads like the one they are currently running (below). This is just the latest in a number of antisemitic ad campaigns. We are fighting the MBTA in the courts and  have filed a cert petition to SCOTUS….

We are taking our free speech fight to the Supreme Court. AFDI vs. Boston’s transit authority. The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority’s (MBTA) refused to our two pro-Israel/anti-jihad advertisements on their buses. Yes, Boston. The MBTA claimed it was demeaning to Muslims – as if all Muslims were Jew haters and jihadists. Wait, it gets worse….

AFDI vs. Boston Transit

New York? ✓ Phliadelphia? ✓ Teeing up Seattle and San Francisco (more on that later). And now Boston. Our battle with the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority rages on. The MBTA rejected our pro-Israel ad after running particularly antisemitic ads on city buses. After refusing our ads, the MBTA allowed another four vicious libels to run against…

Defamatory ADL Reverses Itself on AFDI Ads, But Continues Its “Racist” Attacks

The uber-left islamophiliac Guardian fails in its coverage of our latest ad campaign. They get much wrong. No surprise there. The notorious ADL was asked to comment — the ADL, which has condemned my ads in the past (along with Joan Rivers, David Yerushalmi and Israel at various times). Evan Bernstein, the regional director of…

Daily Mail: “Hitler’s face to appear on side of 20 buses for a month in Washington D.C. as part of controversial anti-Islamic ad campaign”

People are talking. That is a good thing even if the sharia compliant media is hostile. The truth is a powerful thing and so many folks are unaware of Islamic history and the role of Muslim world during the Holocaust. People will begin to understand the root cause of Israeli-Islamic conflict and it’s root cause….

Pamela Geller in Haaretz

I responded to a particularly mindless but vicious smear written against me and my work in Haaretz. On the eve of Passover and the then-impending anniversary of the Boston savage bombing, Haaretz ran a piece entitled, “In Boston, saying ‘No’ to Pamela Geller’s savage hate.” I asked that in the interests of journalistic fairness, that…

Boston Judge Sanctions Speech Restrictions: Denies Motion to Display AFDI ‘Tweaked’ ‘Pro-Israel’ Ad

In our ongoing fight for free speech with the city of Boston, we had filed a second lawsuit against the MBTA for their capricious and arbitrary flouting of the First Amendment.

Let’s be honest. If any town in America needs our pro-Israel ads, it’s Boston.

We resubmitted our pro-Israel ad, and instead of using the word savage, we substituted “those engaged in savage acts.” Ridiculous, yes, but we meant to make a point.

Muslim Supremacist Professor at Berkeley Criticized for ‘Indoctrination’ of Students

Another requirement of Bazian’s class, entitled De-Constructing Islamophobia and History of Otherness, is for students to get reactions from “people of color” on ads critical of radical Islam placed by Pamela Geller, author of the blog Atlas Shrugs.

Geller said she believes Bazian is indoctrinating students.

“The very idea that he is surveying ‘people of color’ about my ads is ridiculous and offensive. Jihad terrorism is not a race. The Islamic oppression of women, gays, and non-Muslims is not a race. What has Hatem Bazian ever said or done in defense of the non-Muslim ‘people of color’ who are victimized by Islamic jihadists in Nigeria, Egypt, Syria, Iraq, Pakistan and elsewhere?” Geller said in an email to the Free Beacon.

AFDI vs Boston Transit (MBTA) II: New Lawsuit, “Savages” vs “Those Engaged in Savage Acts”

What, pray tell, is the difference between “savages” and “those engaged in savage acts”? That is the question to which only the MBTA knows the answer. And I am not so sure that they even they know …. We have just filed a follow-up lawsuit in continuing legal fight against the MBTA for its arbitrary and absurd violation of out First Amendment freedoms.

Boston Transit’s “rejection of [AFDI’s] advertisement is not only viewpoint based, but it also fails to pass muster under the ‘reasonableness’ analysis”

During the hearing on Plaintiffs’ motion for temporary restraining order/preliminary injunction, the court invited the parties to further address the issue of whether Defendants have applied the MBTA’s regulations in this case in a constitutional manner. Plaintiffs contend that Defendants have not in that their application of the regulations to reject Plaintiffs’ advertisement constituted viewpoint discrimination and was unreasonable in violation of the First Amendment.1 Indeed, Defendants’ rejection of Plaintiffs’ advertisement was manifestly based upon a shifting standard of civility, consciously lowered for the anti-Israel advertisement and then raised artificially for Plaintiffs’ advertisement.

Daily Free Press: “Judge hears arguments about controversial MBTA ad”

The independent free press at Boston University covered the hearing yesterday. It strikes me as odd and revealing that the writer of this article, Pariza Lovos, failed to mention (even once) the Boston Marathon jihad bombings. The bombings were mentioned several times particularly in the context of jihad. I expect that many of Pariza Lovos friends and fellow students at Boston University attended, even ran, in that Marathon. The point was made quite clearly that any reasonable person on the Boston transit system would know exactly what jihad was because of the marathon bombings. Why leave that out? It’s germaine.

Freedom of Speech Goes on Trial in Boston

It’s not lost on me that I find myself just a stone’s throw from Boston Harbor where the greatest of wars — the fight for freedom and individual rights — broke out in 1774. Nowhere, at no time, has there been a more righteous cause in the history of humankind.

Then, as today, an out-of-control government took outrageous and egregious actions against our most basic individual rights — and in this case, the most precious of all freedoms, the freedom of speech.
