Boston Magazine: “Court Battle Over ‘Pro-Israel’ Billboards Could Be a ‘Tough Win’ For the MBTA”

Sienkiewicz, who became interested in the MBTA’s pending case in federal court due to his studies in global media cultures and media theory, said the T will have to prove that their decision to deny an organization’s request to post billboards was not an infringement of their First Amendment rights. “It isn’t impossible. There is nothing wrong with banning demeaning speech, but you have to show you are doing it consistently,” he said.

The Savage Argument

We are in court again today, Boston this time, fighting for our free speech rights to oppose jihad and support Israel. I thought you should view this video — Erin Burnett of CNN and I debate the merits of free speech and our ads.

VIDEO: FOX News Boston discusses AFDI free speech lawsuit against Boston Transit in court this week

Last month, the Boston Transit Authority restored vicious anti-Israel ads that had been removed. They were taken down because of the fallacious libel they advanced. The Jew-haters strong-armed the MBTA to put them back up. We of course, countered the libel with truth. I submitted our pro-Israel ads to the MBTA, which were denied. Our message is that any war on innocent civilians is savagery. 9/11 was savagery. 7/7 in London. March 11th in Madrid. The jihad against the Jews is savagery.

The Boston Globe on AFDI Ads: Truth is “unnecessary incitement”

The Boston Globe supports the MBTA’s viewpoint censorship of our pro-Israel ads. “MBTA’s advertising dispute: Speech without name-calling.” Even their headline mocks their position. Hmmm, do you think our founding fathers meant that when they carefully and brilliantly penned our first amendment? “freedom of speeech without name calling.” How utterly ridiculous.

Video: CBS News on Media Coverage AFDI Free Speech Lawsuit against Boston

Last week, the Boston Transit Authority restored vicious anti-Israel ads that had been removed. They were taken down because of the fallacious libel that they advanced. The Jew-haters strong-armed the MBTA to put them back up. And they did. We, of course, countered the libel with truth. I submitted our pro-Israel ads to the MBTA last week. They were refused ……. we have filed suit.

Pamela Geller on CBS Radio on AFDI Lawsuit Against Boston Transit: “I wouldn’t change a comma on my ad. The ad is true””

“The MBTA is being sued by a group that calls itself pro-Israel and anti-Islamist after a proposed subway ad was rejected, Pamela Geller of the American Freedom Defense Initiative says the organization wanted to tell its side of the story. ‘We sued the MBTA because they refused to run our pro-Israel ad after they restored a vicious and libelous anti-Israel ad.’

Associated Press: Boston Transit Agency Sued Over Ad Rejection

Here is a somewhat even-handed mainstream media accout of our lawsuit against the city of Boston, from the Associated Press. Surprising. But subtle editorialzing is imbued in the reporting. For example, “An organization that describes itself as pro-Israel and anti-Islamist” — have you ever seen a news story on CAIR that says “an organization that describrs itself as a Muslim civil rights group”?

Seattle’s Kapo Federation

The victims of this Jew-hating Muslim were all women. Pam Waechter, an assistant director at the federation, died at the scene. She was the mother of two children. Waechter was shot first in the chest and then in the head while she was fleeing. Christina Rexroad and Cheryl Stumbo were shot in the abdomen and critically wounded. Layla Bush was shot in the shoulder and the abdomen.

Boston Globe: Anti-Islamist group sues MBTA after subway ads deemed ‘demeaning’

Watching the media spin always amuses me. For example, the Muslim Brotherhood group Hamas-CAIR is described, without fail, as a Muslim advocacy group, despite the fact that they are the public face of jihadi groups whose agenda is, in the words of their director Ibrahim Hooper, that the “government of the United States to be Islamic sometime in the future.”

Pamela Geller, WND Column: Telling the truth in Seattle

My Monday column is up at WND: DEFENDING THE WEST Telling the truth in Seattle Exclusive: Pamela Geller exposes media disinformation, knee-jerk outrage There is another vicious lie of an ad campaign going up in Seattle. .@komonews @mattmarkovich ABC News Seattle Soils Itself, Goes Rogue in Hatefilled Coverage of Antisemitic Bus ads

Where to begin? I think this is a first. Here is a news segment where the “reporter” got everything wrong. Everything. They got our name wrong, “American Federation Defense Initiative,” and we are not an “East Coast Jewish activist organization.” We are a human rights group dedicated to freedom of speech, freedom of conscience and…

VIDEO FOX Seattle: AFDI Pro-Israel Ads Firestorm

Your contributions at work! King County Metro Transit at long last agreed to run our pro-Israel advertisement on its public transportation buses after facing the threat of legal action. Our ads finally went up today  in Seattle. And the smears and disinformation begins. Notice how the FOX reporter never mentions the anti-Jewish ads that prompted…

Cartoon Riot

Riot as in funny …..gotcha!  I love this cartoon: When Pamela (Almost) Went To England, just published over at The Jewish Press. I don't expect this cartoon will incite rioting — unless, of course, some hate preacher says that one of those jihadists is Muhammad.

Flag Day!

I love this day. Yes, it's my birthday, so it always made me feel that much more special — to share this day with my buddy, my pal, the flag. :) Help me celebrate. Gift me — help fund the fight in the battle in Seattle.     War in the Information Battlespace in Seattle…
