The deceptively written “Equal Rights Amendment” doesn’t protect women or abortion rights — but does empower lawmakers to ignore the current language of the state Constitution. A much more honest name for it would be “The Unequal Rights Amendment.”

How did such a destructive, evil party get so far, so all powerful?  It speaks more to our failure as a people, as a nation. We have lost our way.
