Heritage has long defended social media’s right to censor. They stood silent while we were removed one by one. Who will stand up for them?

Twitter and Facebook are the public square. Our first amendment rights must be protected.

SCOTUS has agreed to hear a case that could determine whether users can challenge social media companies on free speech grounds.

Google brought this on themselves. So totalitarian are they in suppressing our First Amendment rights and freedoms, it will take the government to restore our freedoms. I hope these protections will extend beyond Google, to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Adsense, etc.

The D.C. Circuit revived our free speech case for further consideration of whether the ‘Geller ban’ on ads is reasonable.

Commentary Magazine has devoted their July-August edition to an issue-length symposium in which many prominent writers, activists and thinkers were asked to respond to the question, “Is free speech under threat in the United States?” I was asked to contribute. The following is an excerpt from my piece on COMMENTARY’s symposium on the threat to free speech:

Our history is rich with a cacophony of diverse voices. During the 1800’s there were thousands of different newspapers and pamphleteers- all raucous and loud. It wasn’t until the 20th century that the consolidation of myriad media companies led to a small handful controlling the flow and framing of news and information.

The left-wing elites and their running dogs in the enemedia are in one of their fictional publicity campaigns they as masquerade as urgent news. Their latest terror is “fake news sites.”

There is conspiracy theory and there is conspiracy fact, and what we have on our hands is one mother of a left-wing conspiracy parading as a right wing conspiracy.

And the most fun, because it is so ridiculous on its face, but it illustrates the crippling submission and capitulation of government authorities to Islamic supremacist demands.
