Boston Judge Sanctions Speech Restrictions: Denies Motion to Display AFDI ‘Tweaked’ ‘Pro-Israel’ Ad
In our ongoing fight for free speech with the city of Boston, we had filed a second lawsuit against the MBTA for their capricious and arbitrary flouting of the First Amendment.
Let’s be honest. If any town in America needs our pro-Israel ads, it’s Boston.
We resubmitted our pro-Israel ad, and instead of using the word savage, we substituted “those engaged in savage acts.” Ridiculous, yes, but we meant to make a point.
We fired our latest salvo against the suppression and restriction of our First Amendment rights in deference to the blasphemy laws under the sharia. The American Freedom Law Center (AFLC) filed its opening brief on Friday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, appealing a lower federal court ruling that denied AFLC’s motion for a preliminary injunction.
Seattle Transit refused to run the FBI’s Global Terrorism ad, so AFDI submitted it, and was refused. Of all the free speech legal battles I am embroiled in, this one is the most absurd. And the most fun, because it is so ridiculous on its face, but it illustrates the crippling submission and capitulation of government authorities to Islamic supremacist demands.

Our pro-freedom ads went up in Tampa this week. The honor killing ad features heart-rending photos of girls who have been murdered in honor killings, and offers help to girls who are threatened. It is part of our ongoing campaign to raise awareness and bring a stop to the phenomenon of honor killing. These girls have rights, too, they’re human beings, and yet they’re completely forgotten in our politically correct culture. We’re standing for the human rights of these girls.

Above is the new ad I submitted in Boston. It was accepted. So savages is not ok, but those that engage in savage acts is OK? What’s the difference? It’s capricious and a clear abuse of poser by Boston authorities. Read my column today at WND…
