Venezuelan migrant drags New York City woman from his moped to steal her phone.
The NYPD says 3 migrants went on an insane crime spree stealing a whopping 62 phones and/or wallets from 62 women.
That’s just where the crime spree began. The migrants would then use the phones’ Apple Pay feature to allegedly access credit cards so they could make purchases.
