Trump’s crime? They don’t own him and he can’t be owned which is why freedom loving Americans are unequivocal in our support. What the left (and the uniparty quislings) do not understand is we will vote for Trump even if he is San Quentin.
These indictments are Soviet-style persecution of the opposition of totalitarianism. And in no world would Trump get a fair hearing in DC or NYC.

NY SUN: The panel comprises Judges Karen Henderson, Michelle Childs, and Florence Pan. The first rider was appointed by President George H.W. Bush, the second by President Biden, and the third by President Obama. The D.C. Circuit has proved to be difficult terrain for the 45th president.
So, for that matter, has the District courtroom of Judge Tanya Chutkan. She ruled that “former Presidents enjoy no special conditions on their federal criminal liability” and that the presidency “does not confer a lifelong ‘get-out-of-jail-free’ pass.” That conclusion, because it involves parsing law rather than determining fact, will be reviewed de novo, or from scratch.

Federal Appeals Court Rejects Trump’s Immunity Bid

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled Tuesday that former President Donald Trump cannot assert immunity from prosecution in his ongoing criminal proceeding related to his comments on the results of the 2020 presidential election.
Trump, who has been indicted by Special Counsel Jack Smith on charges of alleged criminal conduct related to his seeking to overturn the results of 2020’s election, had sought to assert constitutional immunity from prosecution, arguing that it is incidental to his status as a former president. On Tuesday, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit unanimously rejected that claim.
Should Trump seek to contest the appellate court’s ruling, the next measure would be to petition the D.C. Circuit for a rehearing of the case en banc, whereby all judges of the 11-member court would review his appeal. However, Trump may also petition the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari to elevate the case to them, which, if granted, would render a final decision on his claim of immunity…..

A small correction here. Lefist, Bulshevic, tyranical presidents will be immune from prosecution. These laws are representing, by design, only the side of the cruel Bulshevic “winners”. Its winners take all. They designed the entire governmental system to be controlled by the left, since the inception of the United States of America. Its a whole shrade, an optical illusion of a “”democracy”. There has never been a democracy in the US. It was always controlled by a “shadow government” of the left.

We are not A “Democracy”. We are a Representative Republic. Democracies morph into Tyrannical systems. Mob rule, two tiered justice, governmental and corporate corruption. Lets not forget the erasure of history and tradition. If that happens there are “factions” out there that will become tribal. When this breakdown occurs who will protect you and your family?
