A federal judge has ordered longtime Trump advisor Steve Bannon to report to prison to begin serving a four-month sentence on contempt of Congress charges.

ADVERTISEMENTDEVELOPING STORY: A federal judge has ordered longtime Trump advisor Steve Bannon to report to prison to begin serving a four-month sentence on contempt of Congress charges.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols agreed with prosecutors at a Wednesday hearing and ordered Bannon to self-surrender by July 1. Bannon is facing a four-month sentence. His crime was refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena.

The Biden/Obama regime is literally jailing key Trump supporters in advance of the November elections. And there is great concern Judge Juan Merchan may very well send Donald Trump to jail on July 11th.
“It is with great sadness and anger that we observe the death of the judicial system in America,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) wrote on X. “Steve Bannon sought judicial review of the illegal demands of a runaway congressional committee, unlike any ever comprised. It was literally a matter of first impression. And they’re sending him to prison – not just to torture him but to torture us.”
Former Trump advisor Peter Navarro is currently serving a prison sentence for refusing to comply with a congressional subpoena. He was found guilty on two counts and was ordered to jail for four months.
Bannon remained defiant during a press conference with reporters.
ADVERTISEMENT“All of this is about one thing—shutting down the MAGA movement, grassroots conservatives and President Trump,” he said. “Not only are we winning, we are going to prevail. There’s not a prison or jail built that can shut me up.”
Understand this – Navarro and Bannon are political prisoners of the Biden/Obama regime.

Last year Hunter Biden refused to comply with a congressional subpoena. Republicans promised he would be punished, but he never was.
