Fox News: Social media users on the right mocked the Biden campaign after it held a chaotic press conference on Tuesday outside the Manhattan courthouse holding former President Trump’s criminal trial. The press conference was headlined by liberal actor Robert De Niro, who stars in a new ad campaign for President Biden. The actor claimed that Trump “wants to destroy” the city and the nation and eventually could destroy the entire world (Fox News).

Donald Trump skewered Robert De Niro early Wednesday, calling the actor a “wacko” and mocking his participation in a Biden campaign press conference outside the Manhattan courthouse where the former president is being tried.
“I never knew how small, both mentally and physically, Wacko Former Actor Robert De Niro was,” Trump railed in a Truth Social post.

“I don’t mean to scare you. No, wait, maybe I do mean to scare you,” De Niro said into the microphone. “If Trump returns to the White House, you can kiss these freedoms goodbye that we all take for granted.
“And elections. Forget about it. That’s over. That’s done. If he gets in. I can tell you right now. He will never leave. He will never leave. You know that. He will never leave.”
