He is currently in police custody.
A man was arrested by the research and intervention brigade (BRI), Sunday April 21 at the end of the morning in Gennevilliers (Hauts-de-Seine), after having kidnapped and threatened to kill a woman, Le Figaro learned from police source. “The Nanterre public prosecutor’s office is in charge of an ongoing investigation opened for acts committed in Gennevilliers, and entrusted to the SDPJ 92 (departmental service of the judicial police of Hauts-de-Seine, Editor’s note.) for acts described as kidnapping, sequestration, rape and death threats,” confirms the Nanterre public prosecutor’s office.
On Sunday morning, this Jewish woman called her mother to tell her that she was being held captive in the apartment of an individual she had met about a week ago, a police source tells us.

This man, who claims to work at the RATP, then sent very worrying messages to those around the victim. “Good luck, you will never find your daughter, you will never see her again, I will prostitute your daughter,” he wrote to the victim’s mother. According to our information, he also sent a message to the former boyfriend of the kidnapped woman explaining to him that he wanted to “avenge Palestine.”Responsible for the investigation, the SDPJ92 identified the apartment in question. The victim was released and found in good health after the intervention of the BIS. The suspect, for his part, is currently in police custody.
