A Muslim migrant from Afghanistan was found guilty of raping a boy, age 13, and sentenced to — get this — only one month in prison.
Worse: The migrant, who claimed to be 19 years old, will not face deportation. Why?

He’s already earned his Swedish citizenship.

An Afghan claiming to be 19 years raped during the brutal forms a real child, a boy, a HVB home. Now he is sentenced to a month in prison and avoid deportation because he already had become a Swedish citizen – even though he was previously convicted of violent crimes.
…Afterwards Mehdi explained that he would kill the boy if he told the police what happened.
The boy managed, with the help of Google Translate, explaining to a female employee at his accommodation that he had been raped. And now the judges Malmö District Court, 19-year-old Afghan rape and abuse of judicial procedure – to a month in prison.

The story comes as the U.S. Supreme Court is set to consider the legalities of President Donald Trump’s temporary travel ban on individuals from six terror-tied nations coming to the country, and on his 120-day halt on America accepting refugees.
