Obama-appointed Judge Allison D. Burroughs has once again blocked President Trump and DHS Secretary Mullin from ending Temporary Protected Status for Somali migrants.

This comes after the Supreme Court’s clear ruling in Mullin v. Doe that lower-court judges generally cannot second-guess the Secretary’s TPS termination decisions on non-constitutional grounds.

Yet here we are, another administrative stay, more delay, more obstruction.

This is not judging.
This is open defiance of the Supreme Court and the duly elected President’s immigration authority.
