Paedophile Prisoners In UK Converting to Islam For Safety

In Western Europe, Muslims are greatly overrepresented in the prison population. In France, for example, 10% of the general population is Muslim, but Muslims make up nearly 70% of the prison population. In the UK, Muslims are 6.7% of the population, but 18% of the prison population. In Germany, Muslims are 6% of the population, but 30-40% of the prison population.

Prisoners seek protection in prison from their fellow prisoners; they want to join the biggest, baddest gang. And in the Western world, that gang is the one formed by Muslims.

Paedophile prisoners traditionally have had the most to fear from fellow prisoners, who find their crimes particularly abhorrent. So the paedophile prisoners are most in need of support from other prisoners. Increasingly, they are converting to Islam not out of religious conviction, but to become part of the “Muslim gang” that will protect its members.

Paedophile prisoners are converting to Islam to receive protection from Islamist gangs, a new report into the state of Britain’s prisons has revealed.

Giving rise to fears of Islamist radicalisation taking place in Britain’s jails, former prison governor Ian Acheson has found evidence inmates serving time for sex crimes against children are avoiding isolation from their peers by converting to Islam.

He said: “We’re now seeing evidence that convicted sex offenders, who in the traditional prison hierarchy were at the bottom of the pile and had to be segregated from the rest of the population for fear that they would be killed by them.

“We’re now seeing them walking openly in normal location because they’ve come under the protection of Muslim gangs.”…

Just as Muslims in the general population are more violent than non-Muslims, Muslim prisoners are far more violent than non-Muslim prisoners. The prison guards have learned this to their sorrow; Muslim prisoners both threaten the guards and carry out their threats, grabbing and beating them, throwing feces in their faces, knocking them down and kicking them. The guards, as a consequence, have taken to appeasing them in order to be safe from such attacks. They grant Muslims certain privileges regarding halal food, food served specially in the evenings of Ramadan as Iftar meals, prayer rooms set aside for Muslims only, and other Muslim demands are promptly met.

“Senior managers within different prisons are actually placing the rights of prisoners above the rights of prison staff to go to work in the morning and come home of a shift still whole and not via A&E,” Acheson continued….

Acheson means that the senior managers care less about the safety of the prison staff, and more about relaxing the rules for Muslim prisoners which, of course, make their attacks on the guards more, not less, likely.

“I think the prospect of a prison officer being murdered on duty is closer than it’s ever been.”

Calling the threat “intolerable”, Acheson told Jenrick some of Britain’s highest security prisons had been found to have inactive CCTV and “missing” drone defences, meaning contraband can easily make its way inside.

The nightmare scenario would be “weapons, pistols and ammunition” getting to Islamist prisoners, Acheson worried.

“I’m thinking about that and worrying about it and considering it, you can be absolutely sure terrorists inside prison are as well.”

The way to stop the spread of Islam in prisons, where paedophiles and other prisoners under special threat of violence are more likely to join the “Muslim gang” for protection, is to enforce the strict separation of Muslim and non-Muslim prisoners. This will also make impossible the campaigns of da’wa that have been so successful in prisons not just in the U.K., but all over the Western world (including the U.S.). In the “Muslim-only” prisons, there must be a further separation of those Muslims who are fanatical in their faith from the rest. The fanatics should be kept in a separate high security wing, where they will have no contact at meals or recreation or in any other activity with Muslims who were simply born into the faith. That won’t entirely end their occasionally meeting, as at prison jobs in the laundry or the library, but should greatly decrease the possibilities for “radicalizing” those less fervent Muslims.
