Musk is right. They have been robbing us blind. The country was on life support, rotting, sick with corruption.
Non-government organizations (let alone shell NGOs) should not be funded by …. the government.
As once commenter pointed out, “Taxpayers have been defrauded for years and told instead that we just need to pay more tax every year, but it’s not enough and we have to borrow. That borrowing has now led to a two trillion dollar deficits every year, but where has the money gone? Not in our roads, airports, disaster assistance, etc. It’s gone into politician pockets and interest groups here and abroad. Accountability needs to happen.”

“With respect to the non-governmental organizations, these sort of fake NGOs, I think there needs to be a number of arrests,” Musk said.
“These are fake charities [run by] mostly Democrats … there’s sometimes a little bit of Republican in there, because they sometimes throw the Republicans a bone to say, ‘Hey, be quiet about this.’ So that’s where you start getting the uniparty thing going on,” Musk said.
“But it is overwhelmingly to Democrats, and they give these billions of dollars to NGOs run by Democrats that then go through a whole network of additional NGOs — it’s a giant money laundering scheme. Really at this point, I think the word NGO and money laundering are almost synonymous.”

Republicans recently have highlighted a $2 billion environmental grant awarded last year by the Biden administration to a consortium of organizations linked to Stacey Abrams. FOX NewsThe Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) chief’s call for legal action comes as he spearheads efforts to trim annual federal spending by $1 trillion to halve the deficit.
