What Does It Take for a Muslim Syrian Migrant to Be Expelled from Germany?

Here’s what just one immigrant from Syria has done during his nine years in Germany, but despite his long rap sheet, despite his lawless mayhem, despite his vast vandalism, and his attack on an elderly woman, he still hasn’t been expelled:

A Syrian migrant has an incredible arrest record, including smashing the windows of 245 cars, beating and injuring an 84-year-old woman, and possessing illegal weapons, but the courts have decided to let him stay in the country.

The man, Firas A., is a chronic repeat offender in theory, but in practice, this designation has also been dropped by the criminal police office of Hamburg. No deportation is currently planned, which has been revealed due to a parliamentary inquiry by the Alternative for Germany (AfD).

Firas A. arrived in Germany in 2015 and was issued a permanent residence permit in December 2021. He has also driven without his license on numerous occasions, but had his car keys taken away during the second time he was arrested for this offense, according to Bild.

Afterwards, he began his spree of smashing vehicle windshields. The man was causing incredible damage across the city before plainclothes officers caught him in the middle of destroying a vehicle window.

In November 2023, he was arrested for threatening his ex-boss and found to be in possession of an illegal butterfly knife. He was only detained for one day, and according to the public prosecutor, this was because he confessed to the offense and there was no further risk of “obstructing justice.”

Now, the man has been taken into custody for attacking an 84-year-old woman.

He has already been convicted eight times, including the last instance on July 24, 2024. He has compiled a total of €10,500 in fines.

Hamburg is known to be one of the most pro-migrant cities in Germany and is ruled by a red-green state government. They argue the man cannot be deported as a person entitled to subsidiary protection may “only be deported if there are compelling reasons of national security or public order.”

Apparently, despite his incredibly long criminal record, these conditions are allegedly not being met.

However, the city of Hamburg has reported the man’s offenses to the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) “and asked them to determine whether the protection status will be revoked.” A response is still pending….

What better way to express your displeasure with the Infidels who dared to take away your car keys than to smash the windshields of 245 cars, chosen at random? 245 smashed windshields at $400 each, that’s almost $100,000 in damages. And while he’s at it, Firas A. decided to attack attack an elderly German lady, an Infidel and therefore fair game, for as a non-Muslim, she is one of “the most vile of created beings.”

And why shouldn’t Firas A. carry an illegal “butterfly” knife when he went to pay a visit to threaten his former boss? So what if he has been convicted eight times for different offenses? Is anyone complaining? Should that be enough to have him expelled from Germany? But wait — what about this? Firas A. must have claimed, when he arrived from Syria in 2015, to have been fleeing persecution in Syria. In other words, he was fleeing the regime of Bashar Assad. But Bashar Assad fled Syria for Russia in December; his regime has collapsed. Firas A. no longer needs that “protection status” he had been granted by the much too accommodating German government. Isn’t it time to send him home?

It was in 2015 that former German chancellor Angela Merkel proclaimed to her countrymen that “Wir Schaffen Das!” (We Can Do This!), by which she meant that we Germans can admit huge numbers of Muslims into the country and successfully integrate them into the larger society without the least friction. In 2015, more than one million Muslims entered Germany. They did not integrate successfully. They did, however, weigh heavily on the federal budget, for they proved themselves to be past masters at taking advantage of every benefit the generous German state was prepared to lavish upon them, including free or highly subsidized housing, free medical care, free education, including language lessons, and vocational training, family allowances, and more. They have increased the crime rate, but not the GNP. They have created an atmosphere that, for the indigenous Germans, is far more unpleasant, expensive, and physically insecure than before they arrived.
