he Department of Justice is challenging a recent move by Texas to permit state law enforcement to arrest illegal entrants to the U.S. and judges to order their deportation.
While working furiously to import millions of illegals into towns, cities, homes, the Democrats and their corpse in the WH are attacking states trying to secure our border.
The DOJ is now fully a crime enforcement agency.
The Department of Justice filed a lawsuit against Texas on Wednesday over its new law making illegal immigration a state crime. Texas Gov. Greg Abbott said the state was left to “fend for itself” due to President Biden’s “deliberate inaction” on border security. He added, “The bill provides a mechanism to order an illegal immigrant to return to the foreign nation from which they entered.” DOJ alleges the law is unconstitutional, however (Townhall).

That order was subsequently dismissed a week later. The fights regarding the razor wire and floating barriers are still ongoing (National Review).
