he Department of Justice is challenging a recent move by Texas to permit state law enforcement to arrest illegal entrants to the U.S. and judges to order their deportation.
While working furiously to import millions of illegals into towns, cities, homes, the Democrats and their corpse in the WH are attacking states trying to secure our border.
The DOJ is now fully a crime enforcement agency.

States have that implicit constitutional right. Remember it was the states that created the federal Govt not the other way around. The founding fathers of this country would never have ratified our Constitution if they thought it allowed states to be invaded at the will of a traitorous executive branch.

It is more than “white replacement”. Some states, and CA being one of those, want to include illegals in the census count. Using CA as an example, the illegals in CA being included in the census count would allow CA possibly 7 more Congressional Districts.

Is correct 💯 The United States American people need to pull from the ground out by the High Treasonous roots the entire DOJ and FBI government law enforcement agencies and replace it from the ground up. I am looking forward to the massive effort that must be waged to remove ALL of these illegals along with the scum that allowed this invasion. It will be an enormous effort that will shape the American character for a hundred or more years. Let’s get on with it.It will require martial law, suspension of habeus corpus and whatever measures are necessary for the mass deportation to be successful. Those that oppose are to be deported along with the scum. Americans simply do not understand the enormity posed by the hordes of illegals that have taken up residence in the USA. It is one of the principal factors in our decline of living standards, health care, education an dis costing the US family an average of $20,000 a year. Presently, it is estimated there are 50 million illegals in the US. Divide this by 700,000 and you have more than 71 seats that can be attributed to illegals. If only US citizens were counted for the apportionment of House seats there may be a shift of as much as 90 seats. I suspect that this would put the real representatives of the American people firmly in control of our nation. Illegal immigration is a national emergency. We have been invaded. Trump must declare martial law, suspend habeas corpus, imprison those who obstruct his deportation program, He must also deputize at least a million of his supporters to assist in the round up and deportation of nearly 50 million illegals and their children. It will be a massive effort.

And Abbott laughs. Biden will lose and hopefully be forced to pay fees for his obnoxious lawsuit. Abbott was AG of Texas and previously appeared before the SCOTUS. He may have seemed to be slow in preventing the illegals from entering the USA through Texas, but he knows the Constitution and knows what he is doing is perfectly legal as Biden has refused to fulfill his duties to protect the USA.
