Leftist Minnesota Just Gave State Power To Take Kids Away If Parents Don’t Approve Gender Surgery

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz on Thursday signed into law a bill making the state a “sanctuary” for children, including those from out of state, seeking gender-altering surgery without the consent of their parents.

The new law gives state courts temporary emergency jurisdiction over any child in Minnesota who has been abandoned, is in need of protection from abuse, or has “been unable to obtain gender-affirming health care.” The law defines such care as “medically necessary health care or mental health care that respects the gender identity of the patient, as experienced and defined by the patient” and specifically cites puberty blockers and chemical and surgical procedures “to align the patient’s appearance or physical body with the patient’s gender identity.”

“We just signed the Conversion Therapy Ban, Reproductive Freedom Defense Act, and Trans Refuge Bill into law,” said Democrat Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan. “In Minnesota, we’re building a state where everyone is safe to be who they are, love who they love, and live without fear of violence and discrimination.”

In MN they are tearing down the state, not building it up. They are removing parent’s rights! They are catering to mentally/spiritually sick and deranged people who don’t know right from wrong or boy from girl. Looks like there will be a lot of dead State officials than out of self defense protecting the PARENTS children not the STATE’S!!!!!!!! They have no right no matter what! War is coming for them and us, be ready!!!! Until children become ADULTS at 18, those kids will take what their Parents have taught them and make their OWN decisions until than NOBODY has the right to say, do or take ANY right’s from PARENTS toward their kids and if they think they can than they just declared WAR on the PARENTS which results in protecting their kids with EXTREME MEASURES!!!!!!!!!!

The outlawing of therapy that would allow people to leave that sick, perverted, depraved, dead-end lifestyle, under normal circumstances, would constitute kidnapping, entrapment, unlawful imprisonment, child abuse/endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, no? (As well, for the psychiatric profession, as constituting unlawful restraint of trade.) Because such outlawing effectively keeps them HOPELESSLY TRAPPED in that lifestyle for life – showing how indistinguishable the LGBTQ lobby’s attitudes about “being” LGBTQ are really no different from the Mafia’s stance on “made men” or Islam’s about its adherents – namely, that once one “joins in,” they are to be bound to it for life and can never be allowed a way out. It is only a matter of time before anyone who tries to leave the LGBTQ lifestyle is subject to a death penalty as is already the case in Islam, and within the Mafia was manifested in fitting for cement shoes and chartering a one-way trip to the river.

Those that support this don’t give a d— about the children. It is ALL about jacking up the numbers of the “LGBTQ community” to inflate their political representation and cancel out the votes of social conservatives, evangelicals, et al. They’re just begging for MORE of these surgically-produced freaks, told they can’t leave that lifestyle once they’re entered into it, opting to commit suicide convinced that’s the only way out. THIS IS PROOF THAT LGBTQ’s CONTROL EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY OF THAT STATE – AND WHY THEY SHOULD ALL BE KICKED OUT OF EVERY LAST POSITION OF POWER THEY HOLD, EVERYWHERE!
