President Joe Biden completely shutdown during a press briefing in Brussels Monday; pausing for ten seconds when asked to comment on his upcoming meeting with Vladimir Putin in Switzerland.

“I’m laughing too. Uh, well, look, he’s made clear that uh… … … … … The answer is, I believe he has in the past, acknowledged, that there are certain things that he did do or would do,” said the President. “I don’t think it matters a whole lot.”
