Totally frightening. The JCPOA guarantees that Iran will be able to build a nuclear arsenal in the next few years. In addition, the JCPOA provides Iran with billions of dollars in sanctions relief, that Iran will use to finance Hezbollah, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, the Houthis in Yemen, and Assad’s brutal regime in Syria. There is no reason to do this. The economic sanctions that President Trump has imposed on Iran have been working beautifully. Why re-enter an agreement that would guarantee death, destruction, and war in the Middle East?

150 House Democrats sign letter backing Biden to reenter Iran nuclear deal

A letter backing President-elect Joe Biden’s plan to reenter the Iran nuclear deal without any new conditions has garnered 150 signatures from House Democrats — enough to block any congressional bid to block the move.
The sentiments in the letter are in direct contradiction to the urgings of the Israel lobby group AIPAC, others in the center-right pro-Israel community and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.Those groups want Biden to at least renegotiate components of the deal, if not forge a new one, before rejoining the 2015 pact. The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action relieved sanctions on Iran in exchange for restrictions, monitored by outside observers, on the country’s nuclear program.“We strongly endorse your call for Iran to return to strict compliance with the nuclear deal, the United States to rejoin the agreement, and subsequent follow-on negotiations,” says the letter, which concluded its signature-gathering phase on Wednesday and is set to be sent to Biden.The intended effect of the letter is to reassure Biden, who was vice president under President Barack Obama when the deal was negotiated by the United States and others, that he can rejoin the agreement without fear of pushback. The letter surpasses 146 names, the number needed to break the two-thirds majority that opponents of reentering the deal would need to override Biden’s veto of any legislation aimed at blocking reentry.Biden says he wants to renegotiate some components of the deal once the US is back in, including the dates when restrictions on Iran’s uranium enrichment lapse. He also wants to negotiate limits on Iran’s missile development and its adventurism in the region while addressing Iran’s concerns about the actions of American allies.

The Democrats will do anything to empower Iran and undo President Trump’s Middle East policies. Policies that aligned many Arab/Islamic states with Israel; all of whom are against the terrorist regime, Iran.

Biden had already stated that he will end financial support (loans) for Israel, give that funding to the PA as financial support (gift, aid). He also said he would stop the sanctions against Iran, compensate Iran for damage caused by the sanctions, pay punitive damages to Iran, and give money as aid to Iran.
What could be clearer?

Joe Biden why will Iran renegotiate anything when they got everything they wanted the first time? All of Europe stands behind the first JCPOA. They aren’t going to renegotiate anything other than to humiliate the USA again. Besides, in principle you and Obama in principle have agreed with them, about their “Right” to be a Nuclear Power. They are not going to willingly give up on a 35 year clandestine program. Someone would have to be a moron or a child less than 5 years old to agree to the verification terms and inspection program setup by you and Obama facilitated by Kerry and Sherman. 30 days notice, being prohibited to approach certain areas on a base. It was a total failure the first time. Then when the PM of Israel comes before a Joint Session of Congress, invited to speak about his country’s intel on the situation, Obama pulled every Democrat Jew he could find and use Obama’s talking points to try to make him a liar or fool. Can you imagine gathering Muslims to rebuff the King of Saudi Arabia or African Americans to argue against an African Head of State? What’s that called again? Yes, racism! You and Obama are familiar with using this technique. Then after PM Netanyahu leaves the USA but before arriving home, allegedly YOU, Biden called the Atlantic and had Jeffrey Goldberg print a story that although the PM had been a Commando in the IDF, he wasn’t chicken sh** compared to Obama, and other childish and disparaging remarks that are unbelievable considering Israel is our primary ally in the ME. You would have thought Iran and a future Palestine would be under the Obama/Biden Regime. I attended an engineering school in the late 1970s after my military service. I saw Iranians, Turks, Kuwaitis and Saudis and found it troubling. We’re teaching them the technology they will use agaisnt us. Now University of Michigan as one example has 3,500 Chinese military as students and their not from Taiwan.

There was an instance I recall from 1 or 2 decades ago.. A well reputed engineering school barred Muslim students, particularly Iranians, from taking nuclear engineering and related classes. If memory serves, it was the ACLU that took the school to court. SCOTUS ruled the policy unconstitutional – a violation of the equal protection provision. Apparently the liberal judges feel the Constitution actually IS a suicide pact.
