The Democrats are either cheating or powers above them are cheating on their behalf. Either way, the election is in the process of being stolen if we’re to believe Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney during his most recent interview with Two Mikes.
The General described “Hammer” and “Scorecard,” a pair of programs initially designed for the CIA before being privatized by Deep State players from the Obama administration. We explained how they work in an article last week, but the gist is this: “Hammer” or “THE HAMMER” is a counter-intelligence surveillance program used to spy on activities on protected networks (like voting machines) without detection while “Scorecard” is a vote-manipulation application that changes votes during transfer. It’s the least detectable form of election manipulation because it works during data transfer between voting stations and data storage hubs. What we’re seeing happening in Michigan and Wisconsin have all of the trademarks of a “Hammer” and “Scorecard” operation. As I noted earlier, the fix is in. The General talked today with Two Mikes once again to give an update and to call on the White House to act immediately before the election is fully stolen.
This is the type of blockbuster information the left and even many on the right refuse to report. We see with our own eyes how “Hammer” and “Scorecard” are being used in Wisconsin and Michigan. Will the President let it fly?

Who determines the outcome of the presidential election in a given state? .. according to the Constitution, state legislatures are the ones who choose the electors who directly vote for president in each state.

The private citizen in our constitutional republic was never suppose to vote for the president. Only vote for electors to the college. It was up to the States, as a sovereign independent Republic to select the president, not the mob.

I have been involved in tabulating and verifying ballots for forty-nine years. From small towns, such as Marengo, Iowa to metro areas like Houston, Texas and Cleveland, Ohio. There have ALWAYS been both parties represented, in equal numbers. You’re lying is FAR too easily discerned. Of course, from some thing as poorly educated as you, that is only to be expected.

All we do is pack up the stand alone aluminum voting booths then bring out the tables and chairs.

Change the rules ‘after’ the election? Now that’s choice coming from a lefty. The Democrats have been suing states over this past year in order to change the way voting could take place, early-late-mail-no signature verification-no postal date-no witnessing of ballot counting procedures, etc. That’s changing the rules in the middle of the game. Democrats always want to move the goalposts. As of Friday night, Biden’s lead in Arizona shrunk to 29,861 as Trump consistently closes the gap while the state continues to tally outstanding ballots. On Friday night, Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs (D) said 173,000 ballots remained outstanding, in addition to 47,000 provisional ballots which officials will not tally until next week.

I also read that DEM operatives used a government portal to either use it directly through that or downloaded it onto machines. Using it is illegal and especially for this situation. There is an audit trail for that – date and time stamped and most likely with a user id. I am not a betting person but on this I’d be willing to bet a pile of money – when they saw Trump beginning to win by a landslide is when they stopped counting and used this software to cheat a win for Biden.

THE HAMMER (Super computer system) includes an exploit (software) application known as SCORECARD that is capable of hacking into elections and stealing the vote, according to CIA contractor-turned-whistleblower Dennis Montgomery, who designed and built THE HAMMER.
THE WHISTLEBLOWER TAPES, confidential audio recordings released by U.S. DIstrict Judge G. Murray Snow’s courtroom in November 2015, revealed that SCORECARD was deployed by the Obama team against Florida election computers to steal the 2012 presidential election on behalf of President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden.

SCORECARD is now being activated to steal the vote on behalf of Joe Biden once again. Biden utilized THE HAMMER and SCORECARD while running for Vice President in 2012. Votes are again being stolen on Joe Biden’s behalf as he runs for President of the United States in 2020.
This time, SCORECARD is stealing votes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona, according to Montgomery.
SCORECARD steals elections by tampering with the computers at the transfer points of state election computer systems and outside third party election data vaults as votes are being transferred.
SCORECARD uses a prismatic scoring algorithm that Montgomery created, to achieve the desired results by those that control THE HAMMER and SCORECARD.
In Florida, one of the transfer points is VR Systems Inc, based in Tallahassee.
Software vendor VR Systems operates in eight U.S. states.
The Democrats tested their technology during the Democrat party primaries. Otherwise Bernie Sanders would have won the 2020 nomination. SCORECARD was utilized on behalf of Joe Biden during the 2020 primary against Bernie Sanders. The Democrat primary was stolen from Bernie Sanders.
CIA whistleblower Dennis Montgomery turned over a massive cache of illegally harvested surveillance and election data in August 2015 and December 2015 to the FBI and CIA under two immunity agreements that were granted to Montgomery by Assistant U.S. Attorney Deborah Curtis and FBI General Counsel James Baker.
Montgomery testified regarding SCORECARD and THE HAMMER while under oath and while being videotaped at the FBI’s secure Washington DC Field Office SCIF (Sensive Compartmented Information Facility).
If CIA whistleblower Montgomery had lied about anything he would be in prison today for lying to the FBI. Montgomery is not in prison.
Director of National Intelligence John Negroponte invoked the State Secrets Privilege and the Government Protective Act against Montgomery in order to muzzle Montgomery and prevent him from revealing illegal acts that had been committed by the government.
Carlotta Wells, a U.S. DOJ litigator and Assistant Director of the U.S. Department of Justice since the 1990s, told Montgomery that the State Secrets Privilege and Governor Protective Order cannot be invoked by government officials for the purpose of covering up government malfeasance.
If covering up government malfeasance is the government’s intention, Wells told Montgomery, the muzzle order is null and void.

This information could correspond to the so-called “glitch” reported in swing states using Dominion voting systems. The “glitch” exclusively harmed Republican candidates and, where it has been discovered, was the difference in winning and losing for the GOP candidate. It’s difficult to dismiss this alleged glitch as anything but Hammer and Scorecard in use to attempt to steal the election.

Fixing the “glitch” in one instance resulted in a Republican “losing” to what actually happened when proper votes were counted: a win! This sets the stage for the potential for President Trump to win when these ‘glitches” are fixed. My concern is that Democrats will somehow rig the machines so that fixing the “glitch” will still result in the election being stolen from Americans by the Democrats. But let’s think positive…

If you want to catch a thief, offer them something to steal. If you want to catch a cunning, wealthy, deceptive, mass murdering, desperate thief, you offer them something they would kill to have. The presidency is not only their precious, it’s their escape the gallows card. The Democrats predictably used every trick in the book to win this election. Surely, someone was ready for that….not to prevent the corruption, to document it and reveal it to the people.

Discover should be interesting, and should include all the ballots. That would reveal any vote switching by bug, even if the bug itself cannot be detected while it is switching votes.

Tampering with and defrauding the paper ballots, and use of counterfeit ballots. Tampering and defrauding the encrypted transmission of vote counts going to the Central Tabulator Machines. The entire vote is botched. If a city had this level of bureaucratic, mass criminality there would be a NEW ELECTION. But first there would have to be a purge rounding up all the pollworkers who took part in these criminal acts, so that the crimes would not be repeated in the new election !!!
