Van Jones on Debate: “There Was Nothing I Saw Tonight That Would Be Able To Take Donald Trump Out”

Indeed. The current crop of Democrat Party presidential candidates are absolutely dreadful! The worst and most dangerous that we have ever seen. The Democrats must go down hard in 2020! #Trump2020!

Van Jones on Debate: “There Was Nothing I Saw Tonight That Would Be Able To Take Donald Trump Out”

By Real Clear Politics, January 15, 2019:

CNN contributor Van Jones laments how “dispiriting” the Bernie Sanders-Elizabeth Warren argument at the CNN-moderated presidential debate in Iowa was to watch.

“Women get punished when they play hardball so I thought what she did was extraordinary,” Jones said Tuesday. “What I love about Elizabeth Warren in those moments, she never stopped being the educator in chief. She didn’t just say, hey, listen, I’m a woman, I can do it, rah rah rah. She made the case that women have been winning in the Trump era and have been leading this moment.”

“As a progressive, to see those two have that level of vitriol was very dispiriting,” Jones said. “I want to say that tonight for me was dispiriting. Democrats have to do better than what we saw tonight. There was nothing I saw tonight that would be able to take Donald Trump out.”

“I want to see a Democrat in the White House as soon as possible,” he said. “There was nothing tonight that if you’re looking at this thing, are any of these people prepared for what Donald Trump is going to do to us? And to see further division is very dispiriting.”

Notice how quiet Hillary is….I’d bet she is plotting something….She has gotten away with everything.
She has been cleared.

Steve Bannon is betting on a brokered convention where they may slip her in and others think it might be Michele Obama who gets into the race.. It doesn’t matter that Michele claims she doesn’t want to be President.
One thing you can always count on is that liberals lie.

When you mention Hillary Clinton, I immediately remember that I thought of her as both a fraud and an incompetent, based on her failures when she was involved in government. She failed the national Bar exam in 1973, which, in and of itself, establishes that she has never had the mental capacity to lead this great nation. I suspect that in 2020, if she is involved in the electoral process, she will again be on the losing end.
As to the ‘dispiriting’ response referred to in this article, I see it as coming to the conclusion that the policies being promoted by the Party candidates are being seen for what they are: foolish nonsense. I can only hope that the electorate is coming to the same conclusions, and that the Party will find itself as significant minorities in both the House and Senate by January, 2021.

I kinda hate myself for saying this, as I’m actually coming to the bitch’s defense, and I really can’t stand her, but fact is, most all lawyers fail the bar exam the first time around, which is one of the reasons they get 3 tries at it. If they fail all 3 times, they are done, all that time in college wasted. It’s happened, too. Damn hard test to pass. As much as I hate to say it, she’s not as much of an idiot as we want to believe, or she would not have got away with as much as she did, killed off as many of her enemies as she did, got as rich as she did, and had all the evidence against her as there was, and still be breathing free air. She knew how, over the years, to dig up the dirt, find the skeletons in all the right closets, and use all that ammo against all the right people at all the right times. Takes both guts and timing and a certain amount of know how. Gotta give it to the old bitch. Hate her guts, but….a total fool she’s not.

That statement, of failure rate, is NOT true. Some, might call it a bald-faced lie.
When Mrs. Clinton sat for the BAR, over 82% PASSED! Yes, of those taking THAT (special emphasis added) test, 82% passed.
That may not make her a total fool. However, she is definitely NOT the sharpest machete in the shed.

Going to include a link here to prove my point, not sure if the link will go through or not, never tried posting one here before, but it shows the rates of pass/fail for every state in the country. D.C. has the highest fail rate, with Missouri having the highest pass rate. She took hers in Ark. which has a 65% pass rate, in 2016, not sure about the year she took her exam, or where you got your data from.

Actually, the exam that she failed was in DC. That day, of those that took the test, 82% passed. Of course, that does not state how many were virgins (first timers). But, use one of those new-fangled “search engine” things … You shall find many articles that state(d) such.

I looked up where she took her bar exam, it was 1973, and it was in Ark., but just did a double check, and she took two exams, one was for Ark. and the other was in D.C., she passed the one in Ark, but failed the first try in D.C., from what I can see, there was no second try, and she failed miserably, and barely passed the Ark., bar. Damn…..

Still, even though might be a lot of others in that particular class that time around may well have passed, fact remains the bar is a hard test to pass, and a lot of potential lawyers don’t make it the first time around, was my point. not trying to defend the broom riding little %#$@ by any means, just trying to make a point. Hoping she falls off that broom at high altitude without a chute sometime soon…. 🙂

The DC Bar is, supposedly, one of the more difficult exams. Arkansas, supposedly, is one of the easier. The only ones that I took were for Iowa and the CNMI (U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands). I was told that the CNMI exam is, basically, the Washington State exam with an extra section that deals with land issues, going back to the “Spanish Times” and Carolinian and Chamorro land passage. I took the CNMI exam when I was drunk. Not falling down blind, drunker ‘n three injuns on payday drunk … but “walkin’ a little wobbly drunk”. Halfway through, I got a hangover.

I am SO confused … with this tiff between Bernard and the 1/1024th injun. Didn’t this conversation, this low insult … take place in 2018? Now, FINALLY the 1024th refuses to shake Bernard’s hand? I am SO confused.

I’m always confused.
In addition to that, some days I have more hope fatigue than others…

Warren is a sly one…Warren in her reply to Sanders avoided stating Sanders said that and made it vague.

I haven’t seen anyone among the Democrat presidential hopefuls I would let carry my luggage.

From the very outset, they have bragged about the “diversity” of their slate of candidates but all along the ones polling the highest has been two old white guys.
