Germany to Force Internet Providers to Hand Over Data, Passwords of People Accused of ‘Hate Speech’

Angela Merkel’s government is preparing a new bill that will force Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to hand over data, including passwords, of those accused of engaging in “hate speech” online.
Story continues below advertisementMinister of Justice Christine Lambrecht, a member of the Social Democrats (SPD), is preparing the bill, which will force service providers, email hosts, online retailers, and others to give the government the usernames, passwords, IP addresses, and more of suspects, MDR reports.
Lambrecht was slammed by many over the proposal, with Hamburg’s data protection officer Johannes Caspar calling it an attack on privacy.
“The fight against the ugly phenomena of right-wing extremism and hate crime apparently acts as a door opener for a comprehensive expansion of state control powers,” he warned.of a court order and only in serious cases.
“It is not a question of asking for passwords en masse, it is a completely wrong representation and not at all the point and purpose,” she said.
Populist Alternative for Germany (AfD) politician Joana Cotar said the proposed legislation was a “fight against the free Internet” and argued it would be used to silence citizens critical of the German government.
The far-left Die Linke agreed with the AfD, accusing the government of setting up a surveillance state.
Germany already has one of the most draconian sets of laws concerning “hate” on social media, including approving legislation imposing fines of up to 50 million euros on social media companies who do not remove hate content in what the government considers a timely manner.
The German authorities are also known to engage in large-scale raids of citizens accused of spreading “hate speech” online, with a 2016 raid seeing 60 homes searched across 14 states.

Right- a claim made with all the credibility of the current Chancellor of Germany. Besides, only a few people would be imprisoned or punished.
So long as fraud or the thread of violence is not made, the price to be paid in terms of the loss of freedom of speech is too great to justify constraints on “hate speech”.
Oh yeah, and the personal income tax will only apply to the very wealthy.

A real dilemma for those trying to “take” America. They tried the underhanded route, but the witch lost and Trump won. He is as big a wrench in the works as wrenches come, and their desperation to get him out is evident for all with a brain to see. A second term for him will not fly with the cabal, but that pesky 2nd is hard to get past – what to do??
I think every effort to destroy trump’s legacy before Nov. is definitely in the works, but I would not put it past them to move plan B from ‘asset on hold, to asset in play’ and let the chips fall where they may. Just about anything would be better for them than another Trump presidency, and after all, chaos is their primary MO.
No matter what, if they confiscate (or try to), it will be ‘end of game’ for America; that 2nd is the last line of stumbling blocks for them after Trump. America right now is literally the world’s linchpin, and it is only a matter of time before it is pulled and the cascade begins anew.

Modern multi culti Germany{ like Sweden } is now committed to staying on the road it’s willingly embarked on, the road to industrial and social decline which the left wing elite will sell to the native victims as a “necessary adjustment and therefore virtuous”.
I hope Germany is encouraged to face what it’s politicians are doing to the place by the imposition of targeted sanctions by the U.S. because only that will focus the voters gaze and thoughts, energising the AfD to reclaim the future for decency and a recognisable German cultural state.
Germany is the “european elephant”, and constrained in the circus ring of it’s own making, the EU, most of the German political class are wholly internally focused on staying balanced on that ball beneath them which is made up of the other 26 countries in the EU.
Like all such party tricks, eventually the “ball” will tire of being stood on and deflate tipping the sausage munchers off.
As we in UK have proved, a people which yearn to be free to succeed or fail according to their own efforts cannot be herded by a lash wielded by the EU commission, we revolted and others will too because Germany cannot direct wills or thoughts that dream of other outcomes.

Coming out from under the jackboot of the EU/UN’s direct influence and agenda is definitely a good thing. Having un-elected bureaucrats dictate policy and laws, is not taking anyone or nation in a right direction – nothing beneficial would last til the boot comes down, hard; we’ll give you this, but you must give us your freedoms and social constructs. This pattern is already widespread across Europe and they desperately want it in all western nations (I am in Canada, and the landscape here is more then ripe for their ideology).
But even Brexit (if it finally happens) is not the heart of the battle. It would be a victory, but only for the chance to preserve some freedoms, not to turn things around. There is no turning this around.

The beast of the land seems to be a hybrid of an ecumenical entity combined with a military force able to do the bidding of the 1st beast on a global scale. New AP History School Book Claims Trump is Mentally Ill, His Voters All Racists

A new Advanced Placement history book for our schools exclaims that President Donald Trump is mentally ill and all his supporters and voters are abject racists. THIS is what your schools are teaching kids, America. The new AP textbook will hit classes starting in 2020… juuuust in time for the elections.
What connected with a significant number of primary voters was Trump’s strong opposition to illegal immigration and his concern over terrorists entering the U.S. The textbook effectively characterizes these concerns as “not very-hidden racism” and those who share them as racists. This is controversial, to say the least. I consider it slanderous.
The textbook goes further. It says that Hillary Clinton supporters “worried about the mental stability of the president-elect.” Some did, or claimed to. But many Trump supporters worried about whether Clinton compromised our national security by criminally using a private email servers. Some McCain supporters worried about what they considered (with good reason) Barack Obama’s socialism and his undeniably communist mentor.

This is outrageous. But the book publisher sees nothing at all wrong.

Germany has no patriot act, NDAA, Homeland security, they are far behind us when it comes to spying on their citizens. All our phone calls in the USA, e-mails, travels, purchases, even houses are monitored by satellite and X-rays.and stored in Utah’s supercomputer which we the taxpayers pays trillions for it.
