During the Obama years, Iran transformed Hezbollah from a paramilitary terrorist organization into a sophisticated jihad army. Today, Hezbollah has greater military capability than most NATO countries, thanks to the massive amounts of funding it receives from Iran. Hezbollah has close to 250,000 missiles, which they want to convert into precision guided missiles. Such missiles would be capable of hitting any target in Israel with near-pinpoint accuracy.
Imagine a scenario of a hostile government in Mexico or Canada having precision guided missiles. Missiles that were capable of striking the White House, the Capitol Building, the Pentagon, or Kennedy Airport. How would you want the American government to react to such a threat? Israel needs to bomb these factories before these missiles become operational.
IDF Reveals Hezbollah Factory Manufacturing Precision-Guided Missiles
Story continues below advertisementThe Israel Defense Forces (IDF) revealed in a Sept. 3 tweet a Hezbollah factory in southern Lebanon that is manufacturing precision-guided missiles.
According to the IDF, the facility is located just north of Nabi Chit, housing “is Iranian-supplied machinery used to manufacture precision-guided missiles with an accuracy of less than 10 meters.” The IDF added in a follow-up tweet that “Iran is trying to turn its proxy Hezbollah into the first terror group in the world with precision-guided missiles.”

The IDF first announced Iran’s efforts to arm Hezbollah with precision-guided missiles in an Aug. 29 video naming three Iranian commanders in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps’ Quds Force – Brig. Gen. Muhammad Hussein-Zada Hejazi, Col. Majid Nuab and Brig. Gen. Ali Asrar Nuruzi – who are working with Hezbollah on the matter. The IDF stated that the factories are located in civilian areas, accusing Hezbollah of using Lebanon’s civilians as “human shields” and warning that the Iranian terror proxy is “dangerously close” to being able to manufacture precision-guided missiles that would allow Hezbollah to “attack any target of their choice.”
“We will not stand to the side and allow our enemies to acquire deadly weapons to use against us,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Aug. 29. “This week, I already told our enemies to be careful with their actions. Now I am telling them: Dir balak [watch out].”

Why is Bibi warning them? If Israel has the ability, by air, to take out this factory, why can’t they do it? Is it because it is Lebanon? Would there be a lot of civilian casualties? (unfortunate- but hey, my country nuked two cities). On the face of it, it does not appear to be greatly different from other faciltiies Israel has bombed.
It would be helpful if gellerreport would address such issues in its reportage.

Precision guided missiles could cause a lot of problems for Israel because muslums could target military facilities — most importantly, military airbases. So far the rocket barrages fired against Israel have been manageable, but I predict they won’t always be so in the future.
