They got one $8 billion contract and another one worth $984 million to provide supplies and food to American troops in Afghanistan. Then they gave false timelines for when the work would be done, provided misleading photos, and even illegally routed the supplies through Iran, in violation of the sanctions. Of course, while the negotiating was going on, it is certain that no one would have dreamed of investigating whether or not these men were actually loyal to the United States, and trustworthy in its defense. That would have been “islamophobic.” And so instead, this. Shameful.

WASHINGTON — Three men from Northern Virginia have been charged with defrauding the Department of Defense of nearly $9 billion in contracts.
Story continues below advertisementAbdul Huda Farouki, 75, of McLean, his brother Mazen Farouki, 73, of Boyce and Salah Maarouf, 71, of Fairfax all pleaded not guilty to eight counts each of fraud and violating sanctions against Iran.
Federal prosecutors say the three men — all executives connected to defense contractor Anham FZCO based in the United Arab Emirates — were awarded an $8 billion contract to provide supplies and food to American troops in Afghanistan in 2012.
The indictment says that the company gave false timelines for when the work would be done on two warehouses, and that they backed up those claims with misleading photos that made construction appear to be further along than in reality.
In addition to creating the false appearance of an active construction site, the company is also accused of trying to cut costs by moving those supplies through Iran, in violation of U.S. sanctions. When Abdul Huda Farouki learned that The Wall Street Journal was going to run a story about Anham moving supplies through Iran illegally, investigators say he sent an email to a senior Pentagon official saying that senior management had no knowledge of the plans.
The company was also awarded a second contract worth $984 million to bring trucking services to the U.S. Military in Afghanistan. Again, according to the indictment, the trucks were moved through Iran in an effort to save money, in violation of sanctions….

It ls like I have heard some decades back,the real enemies are not those we are taught to kill,when they give us those uniforms along with weapons,While it is those like we have had running our country by our votes ,that we where to think ,that is how those evil minded types of people gotten to run our country with their rigged voting system ,as we have just seen again with their recounts,that goes back a few decades,And what those types of people who get in power along with those already in power,like those mainly mixed in with the Democrats,with all the liberals ,and being protected by the highest ranking people of our laws,and why the biggest fish have not been caught and put in jails with no way out,and we the millions an millions of people in our country, have woken up,and all those evil people behind and mixed in with all their evil that has taking over our lives for many years,is coming at them at full steam,with this New Year coming in in a few more days that is left of this year.

I was just reading that a federal judge has ordered the e-mail case to be reopened. So it’s a start. I would, along with millions of others would love to see justice served. Thanks WM1! It actually came from my defending our Blessed Lord from those that do not understand Him or are afraid of Him so they ridicule His word. It’s the “flame” that protects and informs.
