We’re constantly admonished that the principal victims of jihad terror attacks are Muslims. This is part of the Muslim victimhood narrative. The implication is that because the victims are Muslims, the terrorists aren’t really Muslim, but are twisting and hijacking the religion of peace.
The reality is that Islam has death penalties for heresy and apostasy. So one Muslim group is likely to think that another group is heretical, and deserves to be killed. The people who carried out this massacre were almost certainly pious and devout Muslims who thought that they were serving Allah and pleasing him by leaving a trail and blood and dead bodies in their wake — because the victims were the wrong kind of Muslims.
This is the savagery that the left is intent on bringing into the U.S. There have already been Sunni-Shi’a conflicts in the U.S. Those attacks, and attacks on Sufis like this one, are in our future.

(CNN)The Egyptian military kicked off a hunt for the attackers of a Sufi mosque in the northern Sinai, a military source said, combing the area of Friday’s assault that killed at least 235 people — thought to be the deadliest terror attack on the country’s soil.
President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi vowed to respond to the attack on al Rawdah mosque with “brute force.” Some 109 others were injured, Egyptian state media reported.No one has claimed responsibility, but the strike bears the hallmarks of an attack by ISIS.The mosque is known as the birthplace of an important Sufi cleric. Sufism is a mystical branch of Islam that some ultra-orthodox Muslims consider heretical.Coordinated attack: Gunmen fired on people fleeing after explosions took place at the mosque between Bir al-Abed and the city of al-Arish. The attackers also opened fire on ambulances, witnesses said.The target: The mosque is known for being the birthplace of Sheikh Eid al-Jariri, a Sufi cleric considered the founder of Sufism in the Sinai Peninsula.Egypt’s reaction: The President vowed to restore security and avenge those killed.‘Ambush’ followed blastsBlasts from improvised explosive devices caused considerable damage to the mosque, Ahram Online said.The attack started when an explosive went off in a building adjacent to the mosque, and gunmen fired at worshippers as they fled, eyewitnesses told CNN.Ashraf Abu Salem 27, said gunmen then went inside the mosque to fire at people. Entering the mosque afterward, he said the bodies looked as if people had been shot in the back. His clothes were stained with the blood of the injured he helped to carry out, but he was unharmed.The gunmen had set up “ambush” locations and opened fire on ambulances as they were transporting wounded worshippers to al-Arish before the arrival of security services, eyewitnesses reported.Photos from inside the mosque showed what appeared to be bodies lined up in rows on the carpet.Osama, who didn’t want his last name used, drove one of the first ambulances to the scene. He said he turned around after shots were fired at the vehicle. Ambulances from al-Arish managed to reach the mosque only after security forces secured the road, he said.The attackers used automatic weapons, said Diaa Rashwan, the chairman of the state information service. In a short, televised speech after meeting with security officials, Sisi said, “We will respond to this act with brute force against these terrorists. This terrorist act will strengthen our resolve, steadfastness and will to stand up to, resist and battle against terrorism.”The presidency has declared three days of national mourning.“Egypt is facing terrorism on behalf of the region and the world,” Sisi said.Sisi met with several of his top ministers, according to the Ministry of Interior Facebook page. He affirmed his confidence that Egypt is capable of winning the war against terrorism and eradicating it, a spokesman said.Sisi has expressed concern recently that as ISIS militants flee Iraq and Syria they will come to Egypt.Ahmed Al-Tayeb, a top Sunni imam, told a nationwide television audience that the Al-Azhar Mosque supports the country’s leadership and the military against the terrorism groups,which he said have a false understanding of Islam.He said the terrorists killed innocent people, did not distinguish between children, youth or elders, and the attack was a war crime.Hints of ISIS responsibilityThere is no word yet on what happened to the militants involved.Egyptian security forces face almost daily attacks from ISIS-aligned militants, whom they have been battling in northern Sinai for years. What happened in Egypt is exactly what I told you would happen. Islam is the ideology of death. Once it eliminates the non-muslims–through violence, they then turn their sites on themselves. One group of Muslims will always claim to be more pious than the other and they will demonstrate their piety through violence toward the not so pious Muslims. And, if you think you’re going to escape it, you’re sadly mistaken.
P.S. Yes, there still are some Christians left in Egypt but they live in daily fear of Muslims.

NO, NO! These are SUFIS that have been murdered! Sufism IS truly a religion of actual peace and tolerance and love. They are considered heretics by the militant Muslims because they are keeping youth from joining ISIS and affiliates, and because they play music as a spiritual practice (music is BANNED in Islam) and they are spiritual mystics seeking an inner communion with God rather than following literalistic dogma. Sufism is the world’s best hope against jihadist terrorists.This is a horrible atrocity! The jihadist terrorists are Sunni Muslims, NOT Sufis!!! By islamic theology only “people of the book” are allowed dhimmitude, but in the Indian sub-continent it was extended to Hindus possibly because it was so lucrative in terms of jizya payments. A Shiite cleric pointed out that only Jews are expressly allowed dhimmitude (and arguably Christians). Everyone else, atheist, Hindu, Buddhist, Zoroastrian, Baha’i has the binary choice: convert to islum or be killed and the latter is exactly what the Ayatollah Khomeni did to Iranian atheist communists after his successful take over in Iran.

Exactly. I don’t how exactly many Algerian villages were burnt to the ground in the 1990s by radical muslims who killed every living being there, i.e. men, women, children, babies, the aged and all animals, probably they weren’t muslim enough. I heard that US Customs officials gave hell to a French lady because she had Camembert and Brie cheese with her, while an obviously armed Arab had no problem whatsoever entering the US.
I don’t know if the story is true, but it sounds credible, like that of the blind man who was drafted to go to Vietnam despite being blind. He was sent back home at the very last second because the dog that guided him had flat feet…(probably a made up story too, but that the US still admits muslim “students” from islamic s*!tholes and other migrants NOT in the list Trump intended, is beyond me.

I hope more and more Americans are arming themselves, and carry always, everywhere. I do. Problem is, a good half the country ‘doesn’t believe’ in guns … lol … um, they exist, dear hearts, whether you believe in them or not. The bad guys exist, whether you believe they wish you harm or not. Muslims want to kill us, whether you believe it or not.
For those who advocate gun-free zones and other such idiocy … post a sign in your front window, nice and big: ‘Gun free house.’ See how that works for you.

The more I learn about Islam, the more disturbed and upset I get at the idiots around me who say “It’s none of our business, they’re not bothering us”…I add “YET”…The reply is ‘we’ll deal with it when that happens”… I ask them if they have any idea of what we could be up against? MSM calls these killers ‘extremists.’ No. They’re not extremists. They are practicing Muslims, following the Koran. They are anything BUT extreme. They are devout, committed, dedicated, fervent, zealous — and simply Muslims.
‘Extremists Muslims’ should simply be stated ‘Muslims.’ Sunni Muslims kill 235 Shia Muslims. or whatever the sect is that killed the other sect.
I don’t feel bad about all these dead Muslims, because whatever sect they are from, unless that sect actually renounces jihad and worldwide domination and sharia law, they would kill US if they could get away with it. Whatever their particular sect, they want us all dead. So … it’s good they kill themselves.
