UK: Muslim migrant murdered man after Home Office repeatedly failed to deport him

Why didn’t the Home Office deport him? Would doing so have been islamofauxbic? Or was the Home Office too busy keeping out my colleagues and me and hounding all foes of jihad terror to be concerned about an adherent of the Religion of Peace?

“Illegal immigrant murdered man in Hyde Park after Home Office repeatedly failed to deport him,” Telegraph, August 24, 2017 (thanks to Inexion):

An illegal immigrant who murdered a carer in London’s Hyde Park had been released on bail six times because he could not be deported, a court heard.

Hani Khalaf, 22, battered 62-year-old Jairo Medina to death before trawling through his belongings and stealing his mobile phone in August last year.

Khalaf was sentenced to a minimum of 26 years in jail as a judge suggested his case should prompt a review of the law.

A retrial at the Old Bailey heard the Egyptian national had sneaked into the country posing as a Syrian refugee and been repeatedly picked up by the authorities during two years sleeping rough and stealing.

Yet he was repeatedly bailed by immigration authorities because of the difficulties in deporting him.

Judge Wendy Joseph QC said Khalaf was sent back into the community time and again and Mr Medina paid for it “with his life”.

She said: “If anyone thinks it right to review it they should have an opportunity to see what the consequences were in this case.

She went on: “It is clear that Hani Khalaf, having absconded, came to the attention of authorities on at least six occasions.

“On each, he was re-bailed because they could not make arrangements for securing his deportation in a reasonable amount of time.”

The result was that Khalaf, with no way of “lawfully maintaining himself”, was released again and again and told to report to authorities, which he never did.

Judge Joseph said he showed “no respect for the law” and became a danger to himself and others, adding: “The extent of that danger is one Mr Medina paid for with his life.”

Khalaf’s trial had heard he arrived in Kent in the back of a lorry in August 2014 and survived by stealing sandwiches from Tesco and sleeping rough in a park.

The day before he met Mr Medina, he was arrested for shoplifting in Regent Street and gave police the false name he had previously given to immigration officials.

He appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court and was bailed hours before the killing….

It would be very islamophobic to put the rights, even the right to life itself, before the privilege of being a devout muslim in britanistan. Everywhere else, criminals are dealt with, in britainstan, they are given every opportunity to continue their criminal ways, as the majority of britianistanese voters approve of shari’a and islam in general.

We don’t but we are governed by people who are so fucking political correct when it comes to the Muslim community that they refuse to act for fear of offending them.

What is really stupid is that muslims are not afraid of offending everyone, including each other. Why are Christians so uselessly timid?

If the country of birth of this scumbag (Egypt) doesn’t take him back, just drop him in the middle of nowhere in Algeria, Morocco, Senegal, Tchad…if the police forces find the p.o.s. without papers, they’ll know how to deal with him!

Keep them out in the first place, once they get in, it is orders of magnitude more difficult to get them back out.

Mr. Medina, who paid with his life, is far from the first, and certainly will not be the last to pay the supreme penalty for the cravenness of the British government, who can’t seem to prostrate itself enough before the Muslim invader.

There is blood on Sharia May’s hands for every murder by muslims in my country. And activist judges and our cowardly police and the Labour Party.
