No wonder the mainstream media always receives such low marks for integrity and ethics.

A reporter who does some work for CBS, as well as for other news agencies, sent out a vile tweet in the aftermath of the ISIS terror attack at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester — the one that left adults and children dead and injured. And the tweet went like this:

“MULTIPLE CONFIRMED FATALITIES at Manchester Arena. The last time I listened to Ariana Grande I almost died too.”

A tweet from a mainstream media freelance reporter, David Leavitt, was about as tasteless as you could get, post-terror attack in Manchester.

That was from David Leavitt, who freelances for CBS, AXS, Yahoo, the Examiner and other places.

And it wasn’t long before social media tore his comments up, and the media outlets he writes for went on a Twitter mission to distance themselves from him.

The tweet was later deleted.

But Leavitt also made other tasteless Twitter jokes, post-terror attack.

From the Gateway Pundit:

“Leavitt also jokes that he thought Ariana Grande was ‘something you order at Starbucks.’

“Innocent people were killed and injured at this concert including children and he thinks this is appropriate? This is liberalism, folks, Zero decency. Zero compassion.”
