My Wednesday column is up at WND — read the whole thing. Even those of us who saw Obama's power grab coming are surprised at the speed of our descent. History
does not give us an easy answer for these circumstances. The
Constitutional checks and balances relied on a moral population — and the left has all but routed that. A friend of mine said, "Liberty is being backed into a corner and has fewer adherents – and
everyone else in the world it is worse except maybe Eastern Europe,
places like Estonia and Poland."

Aaron Swartz, 26-year-old genius, computer prodigy, co-creator of RSS and Reddit, is dead.
Swartz
committed suicide in the wake of relentless bullying and
persecution/prosecution by Eric Holder’s Department of Justice. Swartz
was “driven to the edge” by the government’s aggressive prosecution of a
non-existent legal case. Swartz made public documents available to
everyone – this was his crime. “It’s like trying to put someone in jail
for allegedly checking too many books out of the library.”Harvard University Law School Professor Lawrence Lessig explained: “We
need a better sense of justice, and shame. For the outrageousness in
this story is not just Aaron. It is also the absurdity of the
prosecutor’s behavior. [Aaron] was brilliant, and funny. A kid genius. A
soul, a conscience, the source of a question I have asked myself a
million times: What would Aaron think? That person is gone today, driven
to the edge by what a decent society would only call bullying.”
Swartz’s partner Taren Stinebricker-Kaufmann said in a statement: “Aaron’s
death is not simply a personal tragedy. It is the product of a criminal
justice system rife with intimidation and prosecutorial overreach.
Decisions made by officials in the Massachusetts U.S. attorney’s office
and at MIT contributed to his death. The U.S. attorney’s office pursued
an exceptionally harsh array of charges, carrying potentially over 30
years in prison, to punish an alleged crime that had no victims.”
Put this in context. Barack Obama’s Department of Justice, headed by Eric Holder, refused to prosecute the Black Panthers who
violently threatened voters with billy clubs and night sticks at
polling places on Election Day 2008. The case was dropped, despite the
fact that it “was already won.” This
was so gross a violation of voters’ rights and the proper function of
the Department of Justice that one of its best and brightest senior
lawyers resigned in protest: J. Christian Adams.
Obama’s Department of Justice policy is that “no voter intimidation cases will brought against a black defendant where the victim is white.”
Obama’s pro-jihad Department of Justice refused to prosecute Muslim Brotherhood groups, including
Hamas-CAIR, ISNA, MSA, MSU, et al., despite the “mountain of evidence”
entered in the largest terrorist-funding trial in our nation’s history.
Documents linked these groups to the funding of terror and murder of
non-Muslims, and conspiring toward “eliminating and destroying Western
civilization from within.”
Obama’s pro-Shariah Department of Justice department is pursuing cases against cities and towns to enforce Shariah in the schools, prisons and workplace. Obama’s Department of Shariah filed an unusual lawsuit against a school system in December 2010, not
to ensure that the kids get a good education, mind you, but more
importantly, to ensure that the Muslims get special rights and
extraordinary accommodation.
The DOJ is creating Muslim majority legislative districts by converting a religious class into a racial one.
The DOJ’s Holder sued a New Jersey county, demanding that a correction facility accommodate a Muslim employee’s khimar, a religious head covering.
Further, Obama’s Department of Justice dropped the “charges” against the Muslims who blew up the USS Cole.
Lessig
said in his statement that the Obama administration had pursued the
case against Swartz “as if it had caught the 9/11 terrorists
red-handed.” But actually, it has treated 9/11 plotter Khalid Sheikh
Mohammed and his co-defendants far more gently. They have given KSM, a
confessed jihad terrorist who plotted the mass murder of Americans, permission to wear a U.S. military camouflage vest and granted his bid for early court dismissal so that he could get more sleep.
Swartz
didn’t plot the murder of 3,000 Americans in the name of Islam and
jihad. All he did was make public documents available to everyone – this
was his crime under “the most transparent” regime. Chalk that up as
another big, fat Obama lie on “transparency.”
Obama’s
Department of Justice is targeting Jews for prosecution of non-existent
crimes. The lawless, immoral and unjust Department of Justice went
after an innovator, creator, inventor … Jew.
And so Aaron Swartz, 26, is dead.

Obama is a TARTIOR who hates America, hates Israel, hates demcoray and free spech (judging from his actions), and many of his friends and infuelncers are even worse. MUST BE IMPEACHED AND KICKED OUT NOW!

4Ks I don’t know if anyone else notices this but its almost as if there is a supernatural permission for Obama to have his way in this world. Nobody is trying anything to stop him; at least that what I see from the Conservative side. If he were impeached another zombie would fill his place and continue this march towards whatever it is we are marching towards. It may be that the USA, like a derelict building, has to be torn down first before being rebuilt.

An honest and accurate portrayal of the thuggish racist regime now barricaded in our American Executive Branch. You can see how cowed and intimidated are virtually every federal official within striking range of the big chief Obama hisseff and his gangland lieutenant Holder in the extreme tyrannical adherence to the anti-Semetic party line taken by the shameful coward US Attorney Carmen Ortiz, who absolutely drove a 26 year-old genius and prodigy, a demonstrably innocent young man, to suicide over a misdemeanor matter of technological propriety, which these thugs are smart enough to know they need to grab for themselves.
And will we see Obama the thug addressing this high-profile tragedy for which he has the most culpability today? No. Today Obama is going to tell us about a completely unrelated new frontier of tyranny he’s setting out upon — our two century old Second Amendment Rights!
We have Constitutional remedies for this asshole.

I re-read the headline and I’m still amazed at how you don’t really get this fight. Obama= Black president, DOJ headed by black…targeting Jews.
What’s your aim? start a war between Jews and Blacks? There are some black Jews, you know?
Utterly irresponsible! Let me ask you this? If someone calls you a slut and you know you aren’t a slut and you don’t want to be called as such , woudl you dress like a slut? My guess is NO.

I believe it is IRRESPONSIBLE! People have committed suicide for centuries and one kid althoguh still tragic isn’t earth shattering event . If he was shot by an irresponsibel cop of a thug in the hood though. That is a crime which we all shoudl be outraged about.
Next tiem get the prosecutor’s side before publishign a one-sided piece.In line with the leftist reporting method, only the side of the story is slanted to the Right!

The universal enemies of genius are the vicious merchants of GREED, who seek to destroy whomever they can’t control. The brilliant, uncompromising activist, Aaron Swartz, was ruthlessly bludgeoned by a deviously orchestrated legal system, rife with craven prosecutors trained in the use of Nazi-devised psychological tactics, geared to destroy their predetermined targets. These ghouls could just as easily fit into any party affiliation, as each have been infiltrated with their spurious type. The real root of their evil, however, is their craven disregard for the very justice they only pretend to serve.
Shakespeare was right when he observed the need for society to rid itself of all lawyers. If his wise assertion had been heeded long ago,the world would be a far better place, and the highly esteemed Mr. Swartz would most surely still be with us.
