In the meantime, be sure to get them for a frivolous lawsuit, make them pay for the lawyers and court costs AND for damages/emotional distress, including an attempt to restrict your constitutional rights (First Amendment, obviously).

Please take the legal threat seriously. I work in a law firm in Germany and with German trademark laws the situation would be obvious:
If the trademark “MyJihad” is valid and registered, your activity would violate their trademark rights and they could succesfully sue you.
As the US trademark laws from what i know are not fundamentally different, the legal risk is real. It might be that “MyJihad” cannot be a trademark, since its main component “Jihad” is an often used word, but whether this is the case should be discussed with someone knowledgable about US trademark law.
And this is independent of whether this attack is dishonest, stealth jihad or something else, these are the trademark laws and under these they have a good chance to succesfully sue you.
So please take this seriously.

Tell them you are parodying their “MyJihad” campaign. Aint no law against parody.
