Pamela Geller, Big Government: The Jared Loughner Shooting of Rep. Giffords and the Left Wing Smear Machine

I refuse to “play” by a set of rules demanded by our oppressors. On the one hand, we should not exploit this horror, this mass slaughter for political purposes. Of course we shouldn’t. But the left has been rabid. Vultures. Vampires. And we should not stand by while they destroy us and our most effective leaders and voices.

They mentioned the name Sarah Palin ELEVEN (11) times !!!
They mentioned the name Gabrielle Giffords ONE (1) time.
and they don’t mentioned the name Jared Loughner NONE (0).

The Tea Party saved America. Gd bless them. Sarah Palin represents one of our great hopes for national salvation. This nut was a lefty. That’s the fact. The whole of the nation should be grieving and praying — for Giffords, the wounded, and the deceased: Christina Greene, 9, Gabe Zimmerman, 30, John Roll, 63, Dorothy Murray, 76, Dorwin Stoddard, 76, and Phyllis Scheck, 79. Instead, the ghoul-media is whipping their left wing army into a frenzy. Rest assured, they will use this radical’s act of violence to further erode our freedoms. Not so fast.

Is it any wonder that the majority of Americans are getting their news from the net? More on that here. FOX had the vile Southern Poverty Law Center on last night, feeding the frenzy to scapegoat good decent Americans. Their numbers are down year after year, too. It will get worse for them. The best coverage of the breaking news is online. I had Loughner’s youtube channel first, and other germane factoids.

So what is it the networks traffic in? Shaping the news. Manufacturing a narrative. People are fed up. They are leaving the news networks in droves. This terrible event was another nail in their coffin.

There has been not a mention about  Loughner’s parents. Where were they? They knew he was sick. Where was his mother?

The Shooting of Rep. Giffords and the Left Wing Smear Machine

When Arizona Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head and six others were killed Saturday morning by a gunman Jared Loughner, the left wing smear machine went into high gear. Left wing politicians blamed the Tea Party (before the gunman was even named), and left wing hate sites blamed Sarah Palin and Rush Limbaugh for the shooting, when it was actually done by one of their murderous own. It’s always one of their own.

Loughner’s leftwing high school friend, Caitie Parker, remembers him as a “political radical”: “He was left wing,” she wrote; “As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal.”

FOX News has reported that the shooter’s favorite books are the Communist Manifesto and Mein Kampf. Loughner is also reportedly an atheist. There’s an anti-bible quote in one of his videos: “Every United States Military recruit at MEPS in Phoenix is receiving one mini bible before the tests. Jared Loughner is a United States Military recruit at MEPS in Phoenix. Therefore, Jared Loughner is receiving one mini bible before the tests.”

Loughner also has a creepy “music video” up on YouTube, in which he is dressed as a terrorist and burns an American flag. FOX News has confirmed that the hooded figure in the video is indeed Loughner.

Also, Congresswoman Giffords is a major Blue Dog Democrat — almost so right wing that she would be considered a conservative in certain areas. She was on almost every important issue essentially a Republican. Her only major left position was support of Obamacare.

But on immigration, she is a blue dog. She supports Second Amendment gun rights and opposed the ban on guns in Washington, D.C. She is also a very strong supporter of border control.

The left hates her. The DailyKos put up a post on January 6, which has now been pulled, saying: “My CongressWOMAN [Gabrielle Giffords] voted against Nancy Pelosi! And is now DEAD to me!”

This shooting is what they teach, this is the poisonous fruit of their indoctrination. Clearly, Loughner is sick, mentally ill — but suckling at the lefty teat is deadly poison for the soul.

 

Loughner’s mental illness is as obvious as his leftism. He wrote that “the government is implying mind control and brainwash on the people by controlling grammar.” He also engaged in some deranged rambling about whether or not he was a terrorist: “If I define terrorist then a terrorist is a person who employs terror or terrorism, especially as a political weapon. I define terrorist. Thus, a terrorist is a person who employs terror or terrorism, especially as a political weapon. If you call me a terrorist then the argument to call me a terrorist is Ad hominem. You call me a terrorist. Thus, the argument to call me a terrorist is Ad hominem.”

Loughner was busted on a drug related charge; the information concerning his other arrests is unknown. He did, apparently, issue death threats — though not directly to Gabrielle Giffords. Still, if he had a record or case pending, why did he have possession of a Glock 17 9mm pistola? According to the Daily Caller, Loughner had prior run-ins with the law in the form of at least one arrest, according to two Public Access documents.

This reminds me of Ishmael Ax, the slaughterer who mowed down scores at Virginia Tech. He had a psychiatric record — overnight stays in asylums. How did he get a gun? Big government fails us time and time again.

Despite the evidence of the shooter’s leftwing politics, the leftist enemedia and culture terrorists are in full assault on the American psyche, blaming Republicans and our most effetctive leaders, spinning their bold-faced lies and using this terrible mass murder to destroy people and the Tea Party.

Hanoi Jane Fonda has blamed the shooting on Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck. Shame on her and on Arizona State Senator Linda Lopez, who blamed the Tea Party on FOX news without any basis in concretes or any knowledge of the identity of the gunman. Shame on Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik, who said that the shooting was provoked by “the vitriol that comes out of certain mouths about tearing down the government.” Shame on the New York Times’ Paul Krugman, who blamed “the rhetoric of Beck, Limbaugh, etc.”

Even the Daily Kos’s hate post about Giffords didn’t stop Markos Moulitsas, the site’s founder, from blaming the shooting on “right-wing rhetoric.”

They would never make such a public presumption about jihad or the leftists. Outrageous.

I strongly recommend that left wing defamers and smear merchants tamp down their evil rhetoric and false accusations. They count on the right to do what is proper and decent and maintain a respectful silence (which we always do), while they foam at the mouth with conspiracy theories and outrageous accusations. They expect us to cede them the field, so that by the time we get around to correcting the record, the lies, and the smears — the narrative — is already fixed in America’s psyche.

Those days are over.

Dutch press ONLY showed the sherriff’s statement about how politics have gotten so polarised, then went on to a report on how the capitol police was briefing congresscritters about security implications for them.
Never a word about the leftist sympathies of Loughner.

It’s already been pretty much proven this guy is a lefty, now the liberals are trying to distance themselves by saying the guy was just nutz and not to place the blame on the left or the right. WRONG! If his ideology has something to do with this murderous act, then it needs to be exposed, but we know the liberal media will do everything within its power to suppress and ignore anything that doesn’t jibe with their worldview.
We need to find out:
what party he was registered with, if any?
what people he hung out with, if any?
Any other posts he may have made online, like newspaper forums and so on…

This has all the markings of a media lynching the likes of which makes the Duke lacrosse case seem tepid by comparison. At this point I’m concerned about the safety of Gov. Palin and her family from agitated lefty’s.

Jared is a paranoid schizophrenic. He was delusional. His anti-governmental stance (which the left portray as his tea party stance) can be easily explained as a paranoia. He has a past arrest record.
He was removed from College, I assume this past Fall, and his parents were called in to let them know that he could not return until he had undergone a psychiatric test and given some treatment.
At this point one would like to know.. DID he ever receive a Psychiatric Examination following this recommendation? I would assume NO bc he purchased a gun in November.
I believe his parents could be held culpable for some of this due to the fact that he reportedly still lived at home with them.
Even though he was an adult, he lived with his parents. One way or the other they should have known there was a problem. Perhaps they were in denial, but that is no excuse when your son murders people and he still lives in your home.

I watched the ABC Evening News last night (first time in years). Apparently the congresswoman’s father was asked, after the shooting, if she had any enemies. The talking head delivered the father’s response: “The whole Tea Party.”
Obama could, with the right words, defuse the situation. His silence is damning.

It is repulsive. But the Left are revealing themselves. I watched Keith Ubernut in formation on this. He is a very angry man. He is the kind of guy who might go Loughner on TV and shoot people shouting “death to those who disagree.” Ubernut is crazy.

How this reminds me of the Reichstag-fire in 1933 which the nazis used as a pretext to crack down on their opponents( the patsy in this case was Marinus van der Lubbe) The left disowning Mr Loughner is not unlike the post WW2 left branding the nazis “extreme right” when they were anything but(in the words of Mr Hitler himself:”We are socialists, we are enemies of today’s capitalistic economic system for the exploitation of the economically weak, with its unfair salaries, with its unseemly evaluation of a human being according to wealth and property instead of responsibility and performance, and we are all determined to destroy this system under all conditions.” from his speech on May 1st 1927 at Berlin)Oh yes the left were quick and quite successful to obscure their ideological ties with Mr Hitler.And to further obfuscate the issue the left have consistently equated nazism with fascism. Nazism and fascism are not the same even if fascism is deeply rooted in socialism. So was Oriana Fallaci. Hugh Fitzgerald, Ayan Hirsi Ali, Ibn Warraq, and Wafa Sultan are all atheists. It’s a hot-button issue for some holy rollers, I generally ignore the slime thrown on atheism but occasionally I feel someone has gone over the top painting all atheists with a broad brush and remind them of the short list of distinguished counter jihadists whom they’ve slimed with their vitriol.
Atheism is not uniquely left or even a strong indication of lefty leanings. I’m an atheist and I’m as conservative as can be. Lifetime NRA, supporter of both JW and AS. I disagree with people who classify atheism as a religion and I think it is beyond stupid to proselytize atheism. People ask why I’m an atheist and I tell them it’s because I’m not superstitious.
For a good perspective on atheism I suggest one read some of the works of Robert Ingersoll. Ingersoll eloquently describes that it is possible for an atheist to have a sound moral compass. If he had been a Christian he might have been President.
