Fox News: After a prolonged legal battle during which Biden sought to keep the audio tapes private, a nonprofit called the Oversight Project obtained them via public records requests. The damning tapes reveal Biden’s inability to remember basic names and dates…The interviews were marked by consistent lapses in memory. But in 2024, that didn’t stop Democrats from accusing Hur of being a partisan activist who intentionally tried to tarnish Biden and his chances in a rematch against Trump. Andrew Weissman, a former general counsel to the FBI, cried foul on MSNBC (Fox News).

President Joe Biden just stepped in it. His damning audio confession that “I just found all the classified stuff downstairs” was revealed to the world in the recently released ghostwriter tapes. The startling admission dates to a February 2017 audio recording, which is a month after he left the White House as Vice President. No wonder the Biden legal team was fighting so hard to keep the tapes from going public…. Former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey Clark, now vice president of litigation for the Oversight Project, said his initial review indicates Biden disclosed classified information directly to Zwonitzer during the interviews. “Our team is reviewing the Biden tapes now. We will be out with various bombshells,” Clark wrote Monday. “But I want to make this point right now. The tapes make clear that Biden disclosed massive amounts of classified information to his ghost writer Marc Zwonitzer” (RedState).
