“Allahu Akbar” Stabber Had No History of Mental Illness – Exposing Mamdani’s Lie

Mamdani suggests Muslim who stabbed two while screaming ‘Allahu akbar’ is mentally ill. He took five hours to finally concoct this absurd statement.

In his delayed post on X, Mamdani confirmed he had been briefed on the situation that investigating mental health factors were being investigated.

His neighbors say he was “always nice.” His roommate said he calmly told him he was going out for a walk before he violently stabbed two near a synagogue. The police removed items from their home including a Koran and book on Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara.

So the actual takeaway is Islam is a mental illness.

Robert Spencer: Of course. It is surprising enough that Mamdani admitted that the attacker screamed “Allahu akbar.” But he makes no effort to distance the jihadi’s actions from Islam. He knows that he doesn’t have to. That work has been done over the last 25 years, with an endless stream of propaganda assuring us that Islam is a religion of peace and that anyone who suggests otherwise is “Islamophobic.” The mayor also has recourse to the ever-present dodge that non-Muslim authorities use frequently to deny or obfuscate the motivating ideology behind jihad attacks: it wasn’t jihad, it was mental illness. And so nothing realistic whatsoever will be done to prevent the next such attack, as the denial about the real cause of attacks of this kind will continue.

NY Post: The stunned roommate of the nut who allegedly attacked two Upper West Side victims said Friday that the man calmly told him he was just going for a walk in the park before the violence — as cops carted off items from their home including a Koran and book on Cuban revolutionary Che Guevara.

The roomie recounted his seemingly blasé encounter with ex-con Raul Morales, 51 — who has now been charged with an antisemitic hate crime in one of the attacks — to NYPD investigators in Spanish at their apartment on Amsterdam Avenue near West 88th Street in Manhattan.

The roommate said Morales — a former drug parolee and an apparent onetime Brooklyn security guard — did not appear angry or agitated, leaving him shocked at what cops said was to come.

Neighbors at the building, which is near Central Park, also said they had no inkling Morales could allegedly pull off such violence.

“He was always nice. he’s like, never no problem,’’ said Tony, adding he’d seen Morales at the building for years. “He was never a head case, and he didn’t display no mental problems or nothing like that.
